So we've come to the end of our training. And we're going to do a really, really quick, quick summary and conclusion. So thinking back, you've learned that all feeling is created by thinking, the feeling that's created from outside is always created from inside out. And so all we need is awareness, and to watch that think and create. When we see that thinking creates a feeling, all we need is to know we don't want to suffer. That anger is a feeling of suffering that we are creating within ourselves.
And we can step away from that thinking. And as a result, it's a feeling settle. Distraction is really valuable in the short term. In order to do that, stepping away from the thinking and feeling. It can be very difficult to step away from the thinking and feeling. So we look for something that is more interesting to the brain more interesting that allows us then to move away to move on to something else.
We're only in the feeling of our thinking in this moment. And so when we have another moment where the thinking is different, the feeling will be different as well. And finally, the various misunderstandings of sabotage programs that you have ingrained within your unconscious mind. You know how to deal with them with the EFT. If something comes up, simply use EFT and work on it. By now, if you've been going through this process slowly and had experiences in between, you'll start to notice how your response and the way that you move in the world has changed completely.
Keep working on it, keep, keep working on awareness, keep working on doing nothing. There's really nothing to do except to pay attention and in paying attention. We come to a place where we no longer need anger as a way to work through the wall.
