In the previous lesson, you have created your career needless the toolkit to achieve your career goals. In this lesson, you'll need to further organize them according to your career goals.

You will be placing them under the goal they belongs to ask per their need. But first, you should know your career goals. So here in this lesson, you will be doing two things. First, you need to write and organize your top career goals. And second, you need to create the needless for each of your dog career goals. So simple.

So let's first write and organize your top career goals. Here you need to first write your own career goals. That randomly without realizing their size, small, medium, or big, each and every goal you want to achieve in order to achieve your dreams in career, write them as much as them comes to your mind. Don't rest it yourself thinking that is too small or not required to mention it right now. No, just right, all of them without realizing their size, like small short term, medium, mid, or big or long term. We will be doing the categorization later in this step to ready Write down all career goals of yours without realizing their size and do it randomly.

You can write as much and as long as you think the goals are there to be achieved in order to achieve the big dream in your career. Once you are done with the random list of your career goals, the next step is organizing your career goals. Now, you will need to shortlist these goals as per their size and similarities. You will see there might be goals which are small or medium and part of a bigger goal. Thus, take them out of the list and add them into groups as they form a bigger Once you complete the process, you will observe your list has been shortened to as low as five, or maybe 10 goals or maybe less or maybe more, you are not able to add them further into any goal because of their size and see themselves the big goals. Those are your top career goals.

Let's move forward creating and organizing your top career goals. And you will be doing that in a couple of steps here. So let's first start with step one. In step one, you will have to first write your top career goals from the list. All career goals above at the interested Write down all your top career goals here. Download this sheet and do the exercise.

Right as much as you have of them. Once you have done with the list of your top career goals, the next step is they do and that is in this tape, you will have to organize your top career goals as per their progression, which comes at the first, middle and last. Remember, you already have some of them while sharpening your list earlier in this lesson, put them all under their appropriate goals and add more as it is required. You don't need to follow in this sequence right here.

That will come in the next step. Just add randomly as it comes into your mind. So ask yourself, what are these small or medium goals or steps which I need to achieve in order to achieve my top career goal? How many of them You may have more or less have small, medium goals under each talk career goals, but that's okay. Right as much as you think. So write down all these small medium goals or steps and do it for all your subsequent top career goals.

So, once you have done with step four, we will be moving to step five. In this step, you will have to organize all these small medium goals are steps in each of your top career goals, in a way, as they look like a progression, a step by step process. For an example, let's say one of your top career goal is building a startup worth 10 millions. So you may have To organize smaller goals like seed money, venture capitalists, initial hiring, warehouse, etc. But not like initial hiring, warehouse, seed money, venture capitalist, you get it. All right.

So go ahead and organize writing all your small medium goals under each of your top career goals as they look like a progression a step by step process to achieve that goal. All right, so you have to do this for all of your top career goals. For this method, organize and do it for all your top career goals. So download the exercise sheets for all the above steps and prepare a list of stuff to top career goals and their small medium goals or steps and organize Then as they look like a progression, once you have done with the list of your top career goals, we will be moving to the next step where you will be creating the needless for your top career goals. All right, so let's move to that step two of this which is called needless for your top career goals. So now you know your top career goals.

And you have also organized this smaller medium goals and each of your top career goals. Now it's time to create the needless for each of your top career goals. So how we will do that we will pick metal yes from your career needs list and add them to your top career goals as well. They are need to achieve that goal. So here you need to write everything knowledge, skills, training, approach, the sources, finance and everything else that required to achieve this goal or achieve all these top five top career goals. Write down everything starting from skills, talents, knowledge, education, finance, resources, people approach, goals, training, opportunities, competition, everything you have right under that career goals and you will be creating the list like this for the rest of your top career goals.
