You will be organizing all the materials You bought the CES and have collected from your personal career tour by putting them all under their relevant categories. So let's start creating the list one by one, starting with your needless one, and that is personal skills and talents. Ask yourself what personal skills and talents I have and can use to achieve my goals.

What kind of strength and personality a person that can support my skills and talents and help overcoming obstacles in the future? What inner power I have that moves me. You will need to write down all of them here. Don't be shy. You not displaying it in front of the world. You know it that you have and you can use it anytime, when required.

Describe a bit about all these skills and talents while you are writing them, why and how you think that will great for your career. So, download this sheet and complete the exercise. Once you have done with this, we will move to the needless number two and that is technical knowledge. So again, ask yourself, what technical knowledge and skills I have that would help me in my career. What are all my technical knowledge and skills doesn't matter whether it is more or better Or how much you know about it, you may consider something very small. But you will see how that's more knowledge and skill makes the difference later.

Who might know who can help me in my career journey, your friends, relatives, previous boss, a mentor or a person whom you know To someone who is he, what kind of process you can expect from him?

How many of them are there, list them all out here. Right each and every name irrespective who can help you in big, big or small. You never know always person you know who may not help you but who he knows can do the job. All happen that way. So don't discard any name. You think a little can be expected write all the names here.

Again ask yourself what resources I have to execute in my career goals, what finance I can afford to use, write them here and also write how you will arrange them, right the extract and only absolute available sources so that your plan doesn't get hampered. It's better to expect less if you are expecting it from someone especially.

Once you have done with that, we will move to your career needless number five, and that is ideas and inspirations. So let me ask you what ideas and inspirations you have collected from your personal career tour? what and who inspired you most and why?

Write them here, right? All the different new ideas and the process you discovered. Don't worry if this thing not very good or difficult to execute the time will come when you find them useful. So just captured them here for now. Again, you need to download this sheet and complete the exercise before we actually move to the needless number. We read what we think is interesting and necessary for us. Here you will write all those makes you compelled to read and required to learn the book, newspaper, magazine, blog and everything else that enhance your knowledge and keeps updated about your industry. Right those names here you were likely to ship or change the name later as you proceed with your career, but that's okay. For now, whatever you think, create your list here, download this sheet and do the exercise by creating your reading and learning list for the timing. All right.
