Before you design your career, you should know what career you want to take in and why. In this lesson, you will find your right career by expanding your career ideas. That is, you what what career you want to take it.

To start with, towards finding the right career. The three things you need one, you must have clarity in life. Life, your dreams, desires and goals, you should be able to know your life values and purpose. Number three, you should be able to identify your passion that complements by your talents and aligned with your values and purpose in life. So, let's start expanding your career ideas to report the right career for you. So, how to do that to expand your career ideas.

I have here seven proven strategies. Strategy one, the magic of what I want strategy to ask what makes me happy. Strategy three, the three words career strategy strategy for describe In your big dream, strategy five, promise statistics in fire strategic seven identity. Now let's apply one by one. So let's start with strategy one and that is the magic of what I want. Ask this question what I want.

Keep asking and writing the answers till you think there's nothing left. You will be surprised that your answers will come with so many hidden desires, where you career emerges from. So write down everything that comes to your mind. And don't worry, we will organize them later. These are the ingredients for finding and design defining your career. So right here, download this sheet and write down everything, asked in this question what I want?

Keep asking and keep writing. And the next is strategy two, and that is called Ask what makes me happy? Again here you need to ask this question. What makes me happy? Am I happy about the work and career am thinking and doing right now? Or what else I can do to be more happy.

This will help you contrast acting on wealth and coming up with better and clearer ideas. Be honest here. If you answer with no no, I'm not very happy about the work and career I am thinking or doing right now. Then you are likely to think about The things that make you really happy and excite, you are likely to think about the work you love most. And that may be the right career for you. So, the write down, follow these steps, given this sheet exercise sheet, and by the end of that, I'm sure you will be revealing yourself more about the work you love most.

So, moving to the next that is strategy three, the three words career strategy. Starting with that, let me ask you, when you write three things you love most you actually speak in your heart. Your mind will draw a picture and story using these three words. And you can write it thousands of words What do you want and why? using those three words? Here are the series of three words used by different people, including me to write about their career.

I wrote over 1500 words in just 30 minutes thinking about these three powerful words I have brought there and other side, the people who might help designing their career wrote thousands of words in less than an hour. Can you imagine that? And I'm sure you will be able to reveal a lot about yourself. So just write as fast as possible. And don't worry. So here are you'll find everything.

What I wrote about what is my three words strategy, career strategy and this stuff all others in the sheet when you download it You would be writing your own and write further to revealing more about yourself. I would suggest don't write long key words and phrases, or sentences, just single words. Once you have done with that, you will see how your mind play with different pictures that relate to that relate to those three words. Now start writing about them write scene by scene, slide by slide, or like story, any form you follow. It flashed in your mind and you will be comfortable with it. Don't stop until you have a picture in your mind.

Write everything that comes to your mind using those three words about your career. And you will soon bring the right picture in front of you about your career. All right, this is a great strategy finding the right career of yours. So go ahead and do it done. So, once you are done with that, I would like to ask you about your experience, how much you have written more than you expected right? Now the, what you have written, read it several times, don't edit it, just realize what you have written and why.

And I'm sure you will get the answer. You will be revealing yourself to the right career of your love. So, moving to the next, that is strategy number four. And that is called describe your big dream. So it's been there is a thing called if you can see it, you can reach it That's true. Similarly, if you can describe it, you can design it.

The villain exercise is going to help you to identify your fight career. So describing your big dream, give yourself, give your dream and name anything you'd like to call or known. Then a bunch line you'd like to write under your dream. Then 10 to 15 words that you use to motivate yourself the line containing words, that triggers you, remind you about your dream, after that, describing with friends and family who are going to be happy when you will achieve it. So follow the exercise that in this sheet by downloading it and do the exercise. By the end of this while describing your big dream.

I'm sure you will be ready feeling more about your right career? All right, to move into the strategy number five, which is called promise, do you have some of your family tragedy, resolution of promise that you want to fulfill through your career nym that here, that might be the fourth, drive your inner powers. Thinking about that may give you a clear picture of what you want to do in life. So go ahead and think about it. That's fine if you don't have any or more than one and drive the dream, right, the promise that were made to someone, someone in the sheet given here. All right, once you have done it, read it.

Read it several times about your resolution about your promise, and I'm assure you, we'll be revealing more And more about your right career. So, the next strategy is strategy number six, and that is inspire. Have you inspired by someone? If he is, who is that person? What all you liked about him? Here are a couple of questions.

We're going to help you recall about your inspiration and maybe further identifying your right career. So, download this sheet, follow the instructions, there are several things when asked there, which you need to answer. And by the end, you will be there at your right career. And you need to write everything about the person who inspired you, and what you have. What is the inspiration about what you liked about him? How he impacted your life.

And what did you learn from him? Once you follow these questions, by completing the exercise after downloading this sheet, you will be there. Okay, so number seven, the last strategy of finding your right career and that is identity. Create your career identity and take on that. You become exactly what you feel and assume within the identity you view and reinforce within yourself will become a reality. By creating your career identity, you will create clarity about your life and career.

What do you want to be? There is a couple of different identities below that your name before and after that after each one of the identity and see how you feel Don't hesitate that you have not become one. You are what you think you are at faith now. So here's the list of identities which you need to say before and after your name repeated come a couple of times and see how do you feel. So, the list can be downloaded from here. And once you have done this, I would say Finally, you organize your thought and finally keeping two or three different identity in a paper and see the one you like most and why this is where you truly reflect upon yourself.

Once you select the one you like most, write it down below in this box there in the sheet That may be the right career you'd like to take in. So by now, you must have been identified your right career. But if you still confuse or re between two or three of the options, then don't worry.
