JOHN, an ex army officer was adjusting to life as a manager at a mid sized office. One day, he was told by a colleague George that his employees felt intimidated by him. George explained that he always seemed very aggressive when he was giving instructions. George suggested that john tried to relax when he's speaking to his employees.
