The 2nd sheet is a list of replacement behaviors that I implement instead of engaging in my usual compulsion, in order to break the cycle. For your assignment, I would like you to download these 2 sheets and begin practicing this approach. You will notice that the process is written out into steps for you, with blank spaces for you to fill in. Document 3 times that you implement this system this week and submit it below.
