If a guy like me can make ridiculous money in network marketing, you can too. I tried and failed and tried and failed and tried and failed so many times, it's hard to believe I ever made any money. The very first time a friend showed me a video with successful people, and it showed how network marketing worked. Network Marketing, it was a pretty interesting concept. I never heard of it before how you could actually get paid based on what other people did, not just on what you did. Well, that made sense to me.

And it made so much sense I signed up on the spot, but that's all I did. I just signed up paid my money. I wanted what the people on that video had. What do you want time to spend with your family, the freedom to do whatever you want, whenever you want the money to play, have fun, take awesome vacations. I wanted everything the people on that video had, but at that point, I wasn't willing to do what they did to get it. Now eventually, after many years of failure and frustration, I learned what those successful people did.

And I did what they did to become successful. But in the beginning, before I made any money, I'm pretty sure I made every mistake you can possibly make. And the good news is, it didn't stop me. Now, if you have failed in any other business in the past, what happened in the past doesn't have to stop you either. I've become incredibly successful, in spite of all of the silly mistakes I made wildly successful, eventually making hundreds of thousands of dollars a year, whether I worked or not, I'm the guy who tried and failed, tried and failed, and tried and failed over and over and over again, who eventually learned how to become successful. You see, it doesn't matter if you've made mistakes in the past or if you've tried and failed.

You can be just as successful as I have been. I had the power to shape my future. It was in my hands. And when you're done with this training, I promise you, you will have the power to shape your future. You see, I was foolish. I choose to learn lessons the hard way.

At least I did. Please don't be as foolish and stubborn as I was. You do not have to learn your lessons the hard way. You see, every time I tried and failed, I blamed everybody but the one person who was responsible, just look in the mirror. In this case, it was me. I'm embarrassed to admit that I had an entire list of excuses ready to go.

Anytime anybody asked me why I didn't make money. Well, you see, I just didn't have the time. It takes money to make money. The company was no good. The products were overpriced. Everybody knows network marketing is a scam.

Nobody ever makes money in those things. The only people who do make money are the ones who get in early. That's one of my favorites. It's not true. That's the stuff I told myself. Because it couldn't possibly be my fault.

I felt like it total loser I was unemployed for more than a year my wife had to get a job to try to keep us from losing everything. But it wasn't enough. We didn't even have enough money to buy food. So I applied for food stamps. And that was the most gut wrenching my life stinks. How much worse can it possibly get experience in my life?

The bank was calling threatening to foreclose, we were about to declare bankruptcy. And worst of all, there was no job on the horizon, no money, no end of this pathetic life in sight. My life was not good. But I knew it wasn't going to get better, unless I did something to make it better. You see, here's the thing. You can be successful in this industry and absolutely change your life.

But you got to change the way you think. I've been working hard for almost 20 years, but I had very little to show for it. Now I asked you, does that make any sense? That's one of the reasons this industry network marketing is so amazing. You can absolutely transform your life. The business you're in right now, I did what I was taught to do, and you probably have done the same thing.

I went to school, got good grades got a good job. Well, that plan didn't work for me. And as I would discover over the next two decades, that plan wasn't working for a lot of people. There are people out there who need to hear from you, who are desperately searching for what you have in your hands right now, at this moment. I didn't have any money. I had never taken my family on a really good vacation.

And if something didn't change, soon, I was going to face what I consider to be the ultimate humiliation, we were going to lose our house. So this time when I started network marketing, I had to make money. I had to change the way I thought my family was counting on me. So I had to succeed. Now, I don't know right now if you have to succeed, but I did, amazingly enough, I succeeded. Within 20 months I was making $100,000 a year now, think about this, tried and failed, tried and failed over and over and over.

Again, then zero to $100,000 a year in 20 months in network marketing. That's why I know you can do this. That may or may not be a lot of money to you. But to me $100,000 a year was a fortune. In just over a year and a half, I was making almost triple what I earned when I was working on television and on the radio. The funny part is that was just the beginning my income grew and it kept growing, and it kept growing and yours can do the exact same thing.

How cool is that? When you learn how to become successful in network marketing, and build your business the right way, it will grow with you or without you. During our training sessions our time together, I'm going to share with you everything I know about making money in network marketing, so that YouTube can achieve life changing success if if you want it. Do you want success? Seriously, I'm not kidding. Just as I had to decide to become massively successful, you must make a decision and the best time to do that is right now you already decide decided to join a network marketing business.

But that's not enough. You need to make a commitment to your success. What I learned was that I really didn't know anything about network marketing, or how to become successful in network marketing. Isn't that great news. Some guy me who had never succeeded, even though we've been in a lot of different companies in any network marketing company had never succeeded in any of them, eventually learned what to do and started making more money per month than he wants did in a year. Now listen to these words from NBA great Michael Jordan.

He said, and I quote, I failed over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed. Now you don't have to be a Michael Jordan or a superhero to make money in network marketing. In fact, you don't have to be super in anything. At one time in my network marketing career when people would say Scott, you know, what are you up to these days I would look down and I would like mumble And don't mumble. I mean, I worked on television and radio for crying out loud.

But I was embarrassed. I was ashamed at how far I had fallen at what I was doing. And I'm telling you right now, if you have that feeling, if you're like, well, I got into this thing because I got excited. And I saw that other people were making money, and I wanted it. But now I'm like, oh, gosh, I don't know this is really. So what are you doing these days when I got into this network marketing, you don't have to be super at anything.

Who you are right now is good enough to make money, but you should be proud of what you're doing because you made a good decision. If you want to make a lot of money, you'll probably have to get out of your comfort zone. So what you may have to grow and do some things that might be uncomfortable for you right now. Eventually, they will become comfortable, but you do not ever have to do anything illegal, immoral or unethical. Success in network marketing is simple. I said simple, but I didn't say easy.

We're going to teach you some simple things that work in fact What we're going to teach you is so simple, you may be tempted to make it complicated or to ignore everything I'm going to share with you. But I promise you, it's the formula I used to make hundreds of thousands of dollars a year, while I haven't total freedom. So my question to you right now is, How bad do you want success? I was tired of being broke. I was tired of working hard, but never making enough money to do anything great with my family. I hated the first week of school.

When the teacher would ask kids what they did during their summer vacation. My kids would come home and say, Billy went to Disney World dad when we go into Disney World. Well, we were never going to Disney World. I was stressed out angry at myself. I'd been on television on the radio, those jobs were cool. They were good for my ego, but they never paid as much money as people thought they paid.

I knew if things were ever going to change in my life, what I was going to have to do is I was going to have to change and there's a good chance that you right now, just because you spent your money. Let me tell you, it doesn't mean you're going to have Success, you probably are gonna have to change from the inside out. If you want success, there's a good chance you will have to make significant changes. They're not hard. But it starts in your head. Other people were making $100,000 a year in the network marketing company, I joined.

So I figured I could make $100,000 a year. And 20 months later, I will discover that I was right. You should think the exact same way. I tried and failed so many times. But until that time, I'd never come to terms with the fact that the reason I failed, was that I wasn't doing what it took to make money. And if you've tried and failed in the past, you might be thinking, well, is he saying it was my fault?

Well, obviously, I don't know what happened to you. But I do know this when you want what you've never had, you must be willing to do that which you have never done. The absolute truth is that I'd never done anything. It's it's laughable now, I never done anything in any network marketing company. There were times I joined a company. I got excited.

I paid my money. I said signed a piece of paper. And then sometimes on the internet, I just did the thing on the keyboard. But I never did anything because I was embarrassed and I was ashamed. This is an awesome industry, it altered my life forever. Be proud of what you're doing.

I signed up paid my money. But although I was interested in making a lot of money, I wasn't interested in doing anything to get it. Now that sounds silly. But let me just let me just share this with you. When you have a job. They tell you exactly what you need to do, what time to come to work all of these things.

In network marketing, it's your business. Nobody's going to tell you what you have to do. Now when I say that you can make money. And I asked you do you really want to make money? That kind of kind of sounds silly. But the question is, do you really, if you've ever joined a network marketing company before chances are you can relate to my dilemma and not knowing what to do.

I still didn't have a clue what to do. I saw other people making money thought to myself, if they can do it, I can do it. And that's true, but I never Never been willing to do what they did to become successful. I needed somebody to tell me what to do, I needed that. When I worked on the radio in Dallas, I had the opportunity to interview motivational speaker Les Brown for an hour. It was awesome.

And les said something to me that day that has stuck with me for more than 20 years. And again, it's so simple, but it's brilliant. Les Brown's words to me, most people believe it would benefit them to get something from those who have more. Scott, the truth is it would benefit them to learn something from those who know more. That's exactly what I needed to hear to learn something from those who knew more in network marketing, people who'd already done what I wanted to do, that wouldn't be hard to do. Since I'd never made any money in network marketing at all.

At that moment. I'd invested money over and over and over again, had never received even one cheque from any company ever. In this time. I knew it had to be different. But let me tell you something if you've had that failure in In your past, it's hard to overcome it for the very first time, because you keep wanting to go back there and you want to experience it. Well, you know, because other people will bring it up to you.

There's Oh, Scott, you're doing that again, huh? What happened the last six times you did it. And you cannot let their words of discouragement impact you. It's easy to say not so easy to do. That time when I decided I was going to make money, I was determined to win, I was going to find people who are successful, and then do what they did. Because that made sense to me.

That's exactly what you need to do right now. And I want to leave you in Lesson number one with this one thought this one simple thought you can become successful in network marketing. You probably know I'm not gonna say you couldn't be in as bad a shape as I was. But I had no job. I've been unemployed for more than a year. I was not the guy who should be doing network marketing, at least in the eyes of most people.

But I decided to become successful. Thankfully, because I had no fallback position. Now, I don't know where you are in your life right now. But I want you to hear this loud and clear. Please hear me when I say you can do this. You can absolutely alter the rest of your life, and it's a whole lot easier than you might think.
