Lesson six, follow the simple system. Follow the simple system silly. I wish I knew years ago that it was always this simple to become successful. This is a short lesson and it should be find somebody who is successful in your upline and ask them to give you their simple success system, then follow that system. The most successful people in your company already know that simplicity is extremely important. Why?

If it isn't simple, most people won't do it. A good mentor always has a good system and teaches it to his or her team. Now it's easy to follow a simple system but it's also easy not to follow the system. Remember my story earlier, the tried and failed and all those companies and then people Tell me what they did. And all I had to do was do what they did say what they said. And I didn't do it.

Some people and I was one of those people, some people cannot believe it really is that simple. And then they have to make it harder than it is simple works because everybody can do it. Simple works because everybody believes they can do it. Simple systems work if you follow them the way they are, do not change the system. Belief is a very important part of becoming successful in your network marketing business. If you believe you can, you can, if you believe you can't, you're right.

You can't. You got to believe and when you believe that you can become successful, you're a lot closer to success than you realize. I got to believe that it's possible for you because your actions will follow your belief Belief always happens first. In the next lesson, we'll share a simple concept, the power of positive expectation. That explains one of the reasons why belief is so important. Find a mentor in your upline with a simple system and succeed.

Now, if you don't find a mentor with a simple system, it's like rolling the dice and hoping you become successful or like what I did, doing your own thing, even when you know what works. It's like rolling the dice, and hoping and praying that you become successful. Does that really make sense? Do you really want to roll the dice and hope? Henry Ford loved simplicity. He also knew the importance of belief.

Whether you believe you can do a thing or not. You are right. Or would you be happier if you knew all you had to do was follow the simple system? I think I know the answer to that systems matter. Now, let me ask you a question. Does McDonald's have the absolute best hamburger you've ever eaten?

Well, it's fair to say No offense to McDonald's that they don't. What they do have is a simple system. Now think about this that allows teenagers to run the restaurant, the same teenagers that many of us cannot get to clean their rooms are actually running multimillion dollar businesses. How is that possible simple systems, press this button at this time, then do this, then do that. Fast Food franchises have simple systems that can be duplicated. You need a simple system that can be duplicated, but you don't have to create it.

Somebody already has. I don't know who that person is. But you can find out by asking. In and Out Burger is a California based fast food franchise. It has a very simple system and a simple menu. They offer fewer choices than most restaurants, fewer choices mean shorter lines because you don't have to think Very hard, you order quicker.

And that means that training employees is quicker to it's simple to train employees when you have a smaller menu, and it costs less to train those people, which means the company makes more money in and out burger actually pays their employees more than any other fast food franchise that I'm aware of. Perhaps because simple means better profits. Don't make your network marketing business harder than it is find a simple system and then just follow it. A simple system is easier to teach, it's easier to understand and that builds confidence. Confidence is crucial. Success can be simple.

Just play follow the leader. Don't overcomplicate things in your network marketing business.
