So this main body of your particular letter should be reasons of why you should be chosen for the job because basically you're sending them a letter. Hi, this is me, these are my qualifications. This is my experience. And these are the list of reasons why I'll be suitable for this particular job. So in your opening sentences, your opening paragraph, it should be an introduction of yourself, your main qualifications, some your skills and the reasons why you are applying. And after that, you want to justify in your second kind of paragraph, your main section, that these experiences and these qualifications and all the good things about you are suitable for the particular job that you are applying for.
And so this is super important, the particular job that you're applying for a lot of the time, I'll coach my students and my clients to literally get the job description, have the roles and responsibilities and put that in their resumes and the reasons why Then you're qualified for this particular position. Not only there's a software but pick this up. But also when a hiring manager looks at it, he'll be like, yep, she takes literally all the boxes, because you've, like identified the roles and responsibilities and main qualified criteria for this hiring. And then and while you're qualified and just remember, in this body, that you're answering an advertisement. And so this particular position description that lists all the essential skills and experiences the couple needs to respond to all of them a case and that's important. So you are writing letter saying these are the reasons why I should be hired.
Remember that if you have a skill or experience, you need to show how you used it, or how you got it. So for instance, if they asked for financial analysis experience, okay, I used to be a financial analyst in Barclays Capital. ICBC bank in HSBC in standard pause and justify why you have this skill
