Intention plays a major part as a forensic healer. When you place your intent on what the outcome is or what you're trying to see achieve it assist with the whole process. It also helps the client put their focus and intent on what you are doing. For instance, if I'm trying to release a negative emotion from the client, I will be verbalizing it. I will say I'm releasing the negative emotion from your body. And as that is happening, they're breathing it out as well.
I also get them to the client to focus on what the outcome is, what we're aiming to achieve, how they would like to be, and get them to visualize what that would look like and how that would feel. And again, Placing the focus and attention on that. When a client comes to see me I will see their full potential I won't put too much energy on their negativity or what their condition is. My aim is to move through that process. But get them to this final step of full potential wellness clarity, healthy and happy. When I make statements to the client, I always make them in the positive and not the negative.
For instance, I may say see yourself healthy, see yourself feeling light, feel self energetic, instead of see your self without pain without arthritis. Because we because when you do there, you then put more energy on the things they don't want to always put on what they do want. You can start using your intention to improve your life. Start with the daily practice of taking note of the things you like the things you want, and start dismissing the negative side dismissing the things that upset you like just like throw them in a rubbish bin, throw them in a fire, let them dissolve and remind yourself, What do I want? And do this on a daily practice. And this will start to change what you're creating, change what you're doing to yourself and change your life.
