Use the client that's closest to where you're standing. I will be using the opposite arm of the client. So you can see for demonstration purposes only place the client's arm at a 45 degree angle from the table. This is 90 degrees. So place it halfway down that is 45 degrees. Ask your client to maintain it in that position just to maintain it, but breathe at the same time.
Then you apply light pressure above the wrist and ask the client to maintain the muscle and maintain it and apply the pressure. The arm should stay firm in that position when you say maintain and apply pressure The client can keep their eyes open or eyes closed, it is preferable that they close their eyes as you are working on them. The reason why we ask the client to close their eyes is because it will access different types of trauma or stresses. Often the eyes are closed in trauma or stress. So it's preferable that they have their eyes closed and it gets a deeper access. However, it's always optional.
I'm going to show you this muscle test changing from a locked position so that's when the muscles holding firm to an unlock and that's when the muscle will drop and change that will be the energy shift. Maintain the arm and I apply pressure. Now I asked my client to think of a stress think of it current stress And then I apply the pressure again, and the muscle has changed. So let's recap the test. The first thing that you need to always do is make sure the muscle is working from a locked position, which is staying firm. So I asked the client to maintain the muscle, and I applied pressure above the wrists to maintain your arm.
Good. And now I asked the client to think of a stress. The shift also may only be a small amount, it doesn't matter. It's just the shift whether it's a big shift or a little shift, you are tuning in to the change in energy. So think of a stress and there goes and it's gone right down. Sometimes the muscle just moves very slowly and in a very short length.
That's okay. You're just Looking for an energy shift. So you, people will respond differently. So the more people you practice on, the more, you'll understand what you need for an energy shift. Now we'll do the practical exercise of finding more detail. So every time you get the energy shift, or the change in the muscle that is confirming your question that you have asked.
So we make First of all, again, from a lot muscle, we make sure it's in that position. So we maintain the arm and apply pressure and it stays firm. So I ask my client to think of a stress and I say maintain the arm but the arm has dropped. So I bring the arm back up. So now they clear their mind and I just make sure it's back to a lot. Maintain the effect to a lot now.
God I'll see if it's to do with a male or a female. So I maintain the arm and asked if it's to do with a male. And I get a strong response. Now it should be in reference to a female. So I, again, I apply the pressure and say is it a female, and we get the change. Bring the arm back up for your mind, and I bring it back to locked.
I always need to test where I'm working from. So hold, maintain the arm. Now I can see it has to do with a family member. Maintain the arm back on a lot. Is it to do as a family member, maintain the arm, the arm stays stays strong. So it's not to do with the family member.
So I'll ask him to do with work colleague is to do with a work colleague and their drops confirming this energy shift is considered has to do with a work colleague. The questions you ask when you are testing, looking for that energy shift need to be specific. You need to make sure that you ask us to cific question that will confirm what you're asking with the energy shift. The questions need to be a closed questions you need to be asking for a sponsor will be a yes or no answer. For example, in that last exercise, I asked, was it to do with them male? And the answer was no, the there was no energy shift and then I asked what to do with a female and I got a confirmation it was because there was an energy shift.
I then asked was it to do with a family member and I got no change. So therefore, the The answer is no. When I asked was it to do with a work colleague, I got the energy shift, which confirmed it was to do with a work colleague. So think about your questions before you ask them. You make sure they're clear, make sure they're closed and make sure they will give you a yes or a no response. Avoid using open ended questions.
For example, how does this dress make you feel is a confusing and open ended question. You need to be specific, you need to say something like, do you have a current stress? A Yes response will be confirmed with an energy shift, which is when the muscle moved from a locked position and then an unlocked
