The regular wrench is where a lot of your general settings are going to come. So let's take a look at that. Let's go to page one. So this is where you can do things like set your clock. This is where you would set it up. You would go to Wi Fi function, you can select a new connection, you do have to download the Panasonic image app.
After activating the Wi Fi on the GH five, make sure we're connected to the Wi Fi hotspot should be named gh five dash series of numbers. So it's going to start with gh five. And then you need to open up the Panasonic image app. And you can download that from your respective App Store. Alright, so from this menu, we have a couple of choices, we're just going to start off by remote operations so to remote control the GH five Alright, just real quick walkthrough of the screen here. This is the mode that we're in.
If you want to take photos, make sure you're not in creative video mode. I'm in aperture mode right now. This is our color profile, no flash, our video resolution and the type of auto focus that we have or focus that we do have We're on AFC mode. But the main thing is that we want to learn how to remote control this camera. And so we can control things that are lit up like the ISO. So I'm just going to set it to 3200.
When you're done, click back. And because it's aperture priority, we can select slowly the aperture and then the shutter speed will adjust. And because it's dark, let's just set a low aperture and back and we can take a photo. All right, we have the autofocus function here. And if we're doing manual focus, we can activate the peaking feature Okay, And we can even do video. So we're doing a quick video clip.
We can also access the menu and adjust things like recording quality aspect ratios, so this part is pretty useful. This is not just a dumb app, you can actually select some pretty good options from here. If we want to access the photos or videos that we took, we can click on playback. Give it some time to refresh the clips. And we can say let's download a photo we can distinguish between the videos photos because the videos have the video camera icon on top of it. And there's a photo I took.
And to download it, I can just select the icon that looks like a smartphone. And you can see it's copying. We have the ability to share it but we don't have internet access or we can delete it. So there is a quick walkthrough of the Wi Fi app for the GH five
