Hello, and welcome to the next meditation on the verification sheet. The verification sheet is something that's very important for not only your clients, but for you as well. And what it is, it's a checklist that you'll give to your audience or to your client. And you'll ask them to pull it out three days or so after they've had the meditation. And there's, there's a checklist that I've developed that you'll be able to download that's associated with this lecture. And what it is it's a checklist of things they may experience after the meditation is over.

So hopefully they'll experience an improvement of whatever area of your life they worked on. But they'll start to see other side benefits and other things shifting in their life as well. And so ask them to check those things off and then check back in with them in the next three to five days. And see if they can check any of that stuff off if they can. What that does is that creates awareness in your audience or in your clients. So they'll start to see, okay, we do this abstract thing in meditation, and then it has a physical influence on my circumstances in my day to day life.

So that creates awareness with them. And what it does for you is that it creates confidence because you start to see that these things that they check off on their on their list that things are actually happening and shifting in their life. So please feel free to download the verification sheet that is attached to this lecture and use it with your clients or your patients or your audience, and then check back with them and a few days, I do a little follow up and see how they done so so please feel free to check the list.
