It's really simple. You just start at day one, and you follow the video, and then you do the same for each day. After that for 30 days, you will notice that the video sequences are short and simple.
Notice that that doesn't necessarily mean easy, there is no silver bullet. But when you commit, and you keep showing up with consistency, and you decide to make healthy movement a priority in your life, the moves do get easier, as do many other things in your day to day.
