Hello, this section is called know yourself. And the reason that I call it that is because we're going to dig deep into the mind, the mind is basically the driver's seat for the soul. So we're going to dig deep. I'm certified in cognitive behavioral therapy. And I initially did this actually for myself because I was majorly depressed. And these techniques worked.
So I'm using these techniques in this section to kind of help you dig deeper into your mind into why you are the way you are, who you are at your core, what you could do to make things better for yourself for your mind. It's going to be a big journey, but it's well worth it because the better you know yourself, the more you can love yourself. And when you love yourself, you can get in touch with your higher self.
