We are going to see the note tool, which is very important as it works along with the pen tool and you really need it in order to draw. So the note tool, it's positioned here in the side toolbar and you can also activate it by pressing a on your keyboard. We are going to talk about the different icons that you will see as you go working with it. Well the first one is this one you can see and you will see it every time you activate the note tool. Now we're going to see the second one which is the same cursor but now it's black. I named it no tool hover because if we are here, and you take a look, we see the white arrow and as we go over it goes black Now, the next one is the transform segment and add a new node with this icon when whenever you see it, if you position your cursor over a line or a segment, you're going to see this little squiggle thing.
Okay, that means you can now pull and draw, so you can manipulate your segments. But also, if you just put it over a line or a segment, and you click, you are going to add new nodes. Now, we have these two left. This one I called select nodes, well click in because just say you have this segment here. And you want to select your nodes what you can do one by one, but obviously, you are going to select only one at a time. Well With the modifier key shift, meaning you press and hold it, you can select several of them when you You can also skip the ones you don't need.
Now, this is going to be the same principle for the Select nodes. These one uses the modifier key control. Meaning that if we have all this node selected, and right now I want to just keep save these one here and this one here. What I'm going to do is press and hold control, and I'm going to go over the ones I don't want and I will keep the ones I chose to keep basically that's all the items You will find for the note tool. Let's now start with the exercises. That's the fun part.
