The goals of this series are to become more aware and accountable to develop a healthy communication with your body. Daily corrective movements, integrating these changes into your everyday movement and developing the understanding skill set and confidence to become your own practitioner and make informed decisions. The structure of this class is a follow up assessment or check in discussing the equipment that may be helpful for you to advance quickly. It is optional, but you may find it to be helpful. Building on our current skill set, developing new coordinations movements theories or corrective routines and learning how to structure your movement session so that you can set yourself up for success.
