Welcome back. I hope y'all have been seeing progress in building the necessary foundations for proper postural alignment that we started in 101 and 102 we're gonna be building on those foundations. That was the basement. This is the first floor. By the time you complete this three core series, you may be ready to move on to different types of workout programs or movement series. But please understand how important it is to achieve proper postural alignment before doing that.

If you're coming from living a sedentary lifestyle, wearing improper footwear, and then you engage in loaded movements or strenuous exercise without proper stability and form, you can not only injure yourself, but you can further exacerbate any bodily imbalances you may already have or any pre existing conditions or injuries you may not be aware of on top of that You will slow down your progress. Well, you know we're here to do so let's dive right in.
