Hip stabilization, it is important to balance out your hips and this will not only affect how you distribute your bodyweight, but can also prevent you from stabilizing your core and can throw off your shoulders, neck, jaw and face. Remember the hip is related to the foot, core glutes and opposite shoulder. Titan weak hips can cause lower cross syndrome by inhibiting the glutes from activating, pushing the the hips back and leading to weakness in the core and glutes.
