You could transition from it had some entry level tester to a senior level tester or a test lead or test manager. And the more knowledgeable you are on different testing tools, you could become a test automation engineer. Or if you're interested in being into senior management, there's opportunities to become an IT director or business analyst, a product owner, Scrum Master, or even have your own consulting business like myself.
