Welcome back everyone. In this particular lecture, we will be dealing with the cloud management facility of the software that is Autodesk fusion 360. In this particular tutorial in this particular lecture, we will be discussing about the data panel. See, as you can see here, the box with nine squares, yeah, manuscripts are there. This is your data panel where all your data is saved, and it's actually saved in the cloud itself. All right, as soon as I click on this, as soon as I click on this, this particular palette opens, in which lots of things are given.
Like my recent data demo project, my name is de but by default it is my first project. And samples are also given basic training camp samples, design samples, simulation samples, workshops and events. So in this lecture, I will be explaining you about each and every one of these in detail. All right. And as soon as I again click on this, we can hide it and we can start working. Right.
Now, let's begin. See, initially, your name will be highlighted in the top of this palette. What's your name you have chosen in your Autodesk Account that will be highlighted here. This is the refresh button. It automatically turns on. So in sometimes when when you are offline, that means if you're not having an internet connection But prior to signing in, it is mandatory to have an internet connection after that if you by case you in case you lost your internet connection in that case you have to again refresh it sometimes often right.
Initially, this is your recent data, this is the recent data data folder. That means, whatsoever you are working recently will be highlighted here right. This is the demo project. Here, sir by default folder in which you can upload the projects which which will be directly uploaded to a 360. This one is your personal folder, by default is named as my first project. Here you can see all your doctors will be there Alright.
Now, if you want to make a new project, that means you want a new folder here, but in into let's say, as soon as I click here, let's say I'm writing here mechanical you meant for rolling mill. As soon as I click here takes a couple of seconds here. And this particular palette only in this particular dependent palette, your project is added. Alright, you can double click here and see nothing is here because we haven't saved anything here. So this is the data of that particular folder. All right, now, as you can see, there's one more option given here.
That is pure All right, this is data this is people people is what the your team members, the members you are, you are about to add, or the members you want to add to your existing projects will be highlighted here. As soon as I click here, see my name is displayed. As jr Tisha underscore star mark is here with moderator sign. I'm a business development manager of tech mantra, my designation everything will be shown here as far as my Autodesk Account. All right, my current location that is your book, Antarctica, and my mail id, everything's displayed here. If I enter any email address, email address of whom the person I want to invite, in this particular project for let's say, I'm making a mechanical equipment for rolling mill.
This is the name of the project and this is the purpose of the projects also. Let's see if I'm adding any email id here, Sam. I will add My other email id a couple of seconds All right, are we sent invite the invitation has been sent and this one this is my other ID it is added to this particular folder. This is how you can add team members to your project and these team members can also invite other people but through my that means moderators approval only, they can be added to the actual project. Alright, this particular person XYZ, let's let's say another person we have added, that person can change the projects for sure we are making that person can change it. Alright in the data panel off in the data palette The data panel right inside the project also you can add multiple folders as well.
Let's say I'm adding just a second stand on it. So, this becomes a sub folder for that particular folder. That particular project that is magnetically Memphis rolling mill and are administered and I can add data here I can also am making in the software version like in this side, we will come here. Alright, so we can actually bifurcate our projects into subcategories. Let's say I will add again. I will write reduction gearbox So, by by this method by this approach, you can add multiple categories to your project yourself.
Or let's say this is pertaining to mechanical department and let's add the P LC design. This could be an electrical one, let's say alright. So, you can add multiple categories inside your projects pertaining to different kind of departments as well. or different varieties, right. All right. And as as you can see, whenever I am scrolling through my projects like demo project, my name this this this my personal folder, and this one, this one is small icon is highlighting in the right hand side That is called peening.
As soon as I click that, that will pin my project to the top right. It's just like a bookmark right. That means if if you are working with multiple projects and you and you your priorities one on one project, you can pin it to the top and you can start working from there. Also when I right click here, I can I can always rename it. Let's see. And it still it will be pinned here.
I can also archive it alright. That means this will be saved to your cloud pertaining to your particular account, right. So this, this was for the data panel. And as soon as I click here, it will hide our date and you will be able to start working with the software again, and whatsoever your saving will come in whatever folder you are working initially. There are samples also that we will be discussing in the bonus features. It will be also there so don't forget to watch, watch the bonus features after the end of all the tutorials all the lectures.
