Another tool to add to your abundance rituals is gratitude. Now, I cannot say this enough that gratitude is so powerful and so potent and really, when we're expressing gratitude, you cannot have anger or fear being resided within you. It's that powerful where when we express it, and when we feel it, and when we live it, fear and guilt and all of those negative emotions cannot stand a chance. A way that we can bring gratitude into our life is through journaling. And sometimes, you know, you can, you can go as big as you want as far as journaling is concerned, but sometimes what you can do is, you can put a timer on your phone and for three minutes, you can just write down everything that you're grateful for anything Big anything small, anything at all What comes to your mind and in that three minutes, it's like a big burst of gratitude before you start your day.
Or you can also do the glad exercise that I spoke about in an earlier lecture. And what the glad exercise is, is that you simply go through the letters of glad, and they all stand for something. So g stands for gratitude. So you can go ahead and find at that present moment what you are grateful for. L stands for learn what is something that you learned within the last 24 hours and then A stands for action? What action Did you take to get to one of your goals within the last 24 hours and then the last is D, which stands for delight and what is something that you delight in and enjoyed in the last 24 hours and this is such a Q and A simple exercise that you can do, really anytime of the day you can do it at night you could do it in the morning you can do it, you know, waiting for an appointment, whatever the case may be.
So those are a couple of ways that you can bring gratitude into your life.
