The third element into living an abundant life is being mindful of how you are fueling your body. You know, this is something that is really, this is so self explanatory, and it makes a lot of sense. But sometimes we just get so busy and so hectic that we forget exactly how important it is to cultivate a healthy lifestyle. And what I mean by that is like you really want to be mindful of your daily intake of foods like what are you putting into your body are you putting in into your body? A lot of processed foods? Are you eating a lot of junk food?
Are you eating a lot of carbs? Are you drinking soda? Are you drinking, you know, beer and wine and not that that's the bad thing, but you definitely want to stay mindful on what you're putting in. In your body are you getting enough fruits and vegetables per day I know that that's really super hard for me to do so because that was always a challenge for me. I started juicing and I'm able to get my eight servings of fruit and vegetables in a day. And there's also so many supplements that you can take that will allow you to get you know your full servings of fruits and vegetables.
Another thing is drinking enough water. I can't tell you enough when you are dehydrated, that you don't feel your best, you feel fatigued, you feel tired, you feel rundown, and there's no way that you can cultivate or create a healthy, abundant lifestyle when you are lagging like that. So it's really important to know what exactly you're putting in your body. You know, maybe meal planning is a great thing as well as there's so many apps and so many programs that you can use that will allow you To create abundance within your health and your wellness. So, I'm also going to be there's also journal prompts available with this that you can go over and really analyze exactly your relationship with food and how you can create a much more positive relationship with it.
