The fourth, and probably the most important element of living an abundant life is mindset. your mindset. Success is 80% mindset and 20% action. And really, at the end of the day, our lives are lived through our mindset. So if you believe yourself to have a wonderful life and a wonderful family, with a wonderful job, that's exactly what your life is going to be like. And if you think that your job sucks, and you don't have the greatest people around you, and you know you're unhappy, that's your reality, it's going to be your reality.
So, mindset is just so it is the most important aspect of living a happy, healthy lifestyle. And there are five pieces of mindset framework and that is vision, identity, belief, your blocks and aligned action. And we're gonna go through each and every one of those, so you have a better understanding and so that you can bring that into your everyday life and really reprogram your mindset for abundance.
