The first piece of the mindset framework is vision. And this is all about your big picture. This is what you want to create for your life. This is what you want to manifest. These are your dreams and your hopes and your goals. And there are a ton of tools that will allow you to really hone in on your vision and vision boards and journaling.
And also Pinterest are great ways to bring the visualization aspect into your abundance, rituals. So when we talk about vision, you know, this is the biggest thing. This is the biggest problem with many people is that we all have dreams and we all have goals and we all have a vision for what we want our life to be like but then we automatically assume that we need to make the plans. We need to do In a step by step program in order for us to achieve our goals, and that drives us in sane, that lowers our vibration, and it takes us that much further away from what it is we are wanting to achieve. We have to set up our vision and our goals. And we can't worry about how it's going to happen.
We have to remember that the universe has our back. We just have to be firm and what we want, and then just surrender to it and just leave it there and don't and don't think about it so much. Don't try to plan so much ahead because that stresses you out, which then causes lower vibrations, which then takes you to steps farther away from what it is you're trying to achieve. So you want to know what you want. You want to set the intention. You want to have exactly the life that you want, but then you are not going to make any plans.
You are not going to sit there and be like, well, I need to do this, this, this and this first, don't worry about it. Don't worry about it, just get your vision, write it down and leave it there. And that's all you have to do. So with the vision, right, what you want to do, is you want to go ahead and you want you want to do some journal exercises with your vision because you first want to know what it is you're trying to manifest. So, with this, I want you to answer these journal prompts. What does your ideal life look like?
Don't worry about the money. Don't worry about how you're going to get there. Go as big as you want. And then I really want you to talk about every aspect of your life. That ideal life, what does your car look like? What does your home look like?
What does your bank account look like? What does your body in your face look like and your relationships and your health and your friends? What does all of that look like in your big vision and go as into this as you want, the more you put, the more description that you put, the better. So go ahead and do that and I will see you in the next section.
