The next segment of our mindset framework are beliefs. Now, beliefs are probably the most powerful things that we hold. It's through our beliefs that we create our lives, whether that be through our religious beliefs, our political beliefs, our beliefs about love and marriage and, and all those kinds of things. The beliefs that we hold are really the things that make us they're the things that make our lives whether it be, you know, positive or negative. So it's important to understand, you know, what beliefs we're holding right now, and what beliefs does our higher version of ourselves believe? So what we're going to do in this segment is we're going to do two different meditations.

The first meditation is going to be About unlocking some subconscious unconscious beliefs that we are holding on to right now that might be hindering our growth and our manifestations. And we might come to find some beliefs that we hold on to that we didn't even know we were holding on to things to our subconscious mind. So the first exercise we're going to do is, I'm going to give you a link to a binary old beats meditation, which helps you unlock your subconscious mind. So it's easier for you to grab all of that information afterward because we're going to do some journal prompts afterward. And so we can really get a sense of what belief systems are affecting our life right now. So again, the first segment, we're going to do about a 10 minute and let's do a 15 minute binary beats meditation where you're literally just going to put on your headphones and listen to this by nereo beat and 15 minutes, take it off and then start journaling.

And all of this will be in the downloads, all the journal prompts are going to be in the download section. So before we even get to the next exercise, let's go ahead and do that. Again. All the information you need is in the P in the download section. So go head over there and I will see you back here once all of that is done. Okay, now that we did the first exercise, how are you feeling?

How are you feeling? How is everything? Do you feel lighter? Are you sitting there with your jaw dropped? Are you sitting there being like, I already knew I had these beliefs? That's okay.

Trust me, it's okay. You know, it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter if you are shocked or if you are like I know that I have these beliefs. It's totally fine because What we need to do now is we need to hone in on the higher level version of ourselves and what beliefs we hold in that higher level version of ourselves because that's what we are. And that's what we are trying to become. So in the next exercise, what we're going to do is you're going to use the guided meditation that I have in the download section for you, where you are going to now step into that higher level version of yourself.

And you're going to have a conversation with yourself and you're going to find out what beliefs does your higher level version of yourself hold, because those are the beliefs that you need to get to where you want to go. So go ahead again, it's in the download section, feel free to use the meditation and then once you're done with that meditation, you want to use the PDF for the higher level version. Exercise journal prompts. So go ahead and do that. And I will see you when you get back. Oh, Okay guys, how are you feeling?

Are you feeling good? Are you feeling rejuvenated? Are you feeling educated? I hope you are. Because these exercises are really super powerful. And you have gained a lot of insight while doing these exercises.

So with that being said, I think that we have enough information right now aware, we can go ahead into the next segment. Now, before we even head into the next segment. I want to say that, you know, sometimes we hold beliefs that are so strong that it's going to take a while for us to recondition ourselves to a different belief. So you might have to do this a couple of days. You might have To You know, it might take weeks it might take months, but eventually, your negative belief systems that you were holding on to are not going to be there anymore. And you're going to be that higher level version of yourself.

So just take your time and just, you know, be okay with it not being a quick fix, because when I tell you some of the belief systems that we hold, we didn't even know we were holding, we were holding on to them for years and decades and it takes sometimes a long time for us to recondition our subconscious mind, in order for a new belief to really stick. So have patience with yourself surrender, and you want to, you know, you want to journal this often, you want to always kind of check in with your beliefs, especially when you're in a time of frustration or you're feeling you know, Low vibrational because that's when you need to be, you know, kind of snapped out of it. So, I hope that these exercises helped you I know that they helped me. And let's go head into the next segment of the mindset framework.
