Okay, now we're going to go into understanding, alkalinity and acidity. And this is extremely important. This is something I did a large amount of research on before I finally picked a hydroxide water. But it's very important for inflation, inflammation fighting, which affects the insulin mechanism. And therefore it affects the opiate receptors. So this is a big key.

And I don't think we're taught how alkalinity and acidity works. I'm gonna go through the basics. And then from there, I'll get more specific and go through the basis which is the problem the battle, the overview, the difference, a novel approach, a conclusion, which will have to do with nature versus technology. But again, I want you to understand the face. The body is very adept at maintaining pH will keep The pH between 7.35 and 7.45. Approximately, it has a natural buffering system, which I'll go into later.

In our body. Water is a universal solvent for all life, you'll notice everything does dissolves in water, water doesn't dissolve in anything. So what is very important the property of water affect how cells work. The body's natural buffers will help the blood in the cells resist the change in pH of the pH actually changes too much from that 7.35 to 7.45. area, we have to go to the hospital. So the body is very good at maintaining pH, but acidic conditions is still can still affect the body even when the pH or the acid alkaline balance is in the normal range. And that's one of the things I want to go on.

Especially in specific areas. The body consists of about 60% water. I think even our bones are 22% water. And a water molecule consists of one oxygen atom and two hydrogen atoms, h2o. Even people pure water consists of more than just water molecules. Plus it tends to clump together.

Water has an IT ions which are called hydroxide, which is a wage and it's a negative ion, and hydronium which is H three Oh, it has an extra hydrogen proton in it. And that's the positive ion and mortar has both of those in it naturally besides just the h2o. The nature of ions, atoms exist in bounce when they are not imbalance when imbalance and Adam becomes an ion which means that as you Charge. ions play a major role in the acid base reaction, which is really the reason I'm emphasizing it so much is because of the importance it places inflammation, which again has an important role in the opiate receptors science and acids a proton donors, which means they give away a proton like a hydronium h3 our bases a proton acceptive slike hydroxide, oh ah negative, don't take an h2 become water. The concept of hydrogen, proton donation and acceptance is fundamental to understanding how alkaline waters work.

And when we do it using the hydroxide you'll see we're forming water we're not just buffering the acid, which I'll get into is why I picked it and why I think it's so important hydroxide always negative is not normally found by itself in nature, it's attached to another element. Something also that I sort of mentioned before, but I want to make sure you understand it, that there's a difference between a pH and alkalyn and B, they don't measure the same property. So although we can have a pH in the normal range, or acidity or alkalinity they can be often it's almost always the acidity. potassium and sodium are the strongest alkaline metals that hydroxides attached to an aqueous solution. calcium and magnesium are the strongest Earth hydroxides that hydroxide attached to an aqueous solution, which just means a water solution. So what I'm trying to say and when we talk about About or what we're trying to do is remove the protons, the hydrogen protons, that's what causes acids.

That's what causes acidosis. That's what causes inflammation. So if you take a hydroxide in old age and you add it to hydronium, h3 do we end up with two water molecules. We didn't just buffer the extra proton in the h3 Oh, we eliminated it by forming two new molecules of water. And that's very important. And before I go on, let me give you an example that I use, take a bowl of alkaline water as an example.

Then take an eyedropper with black ink and make believe that black ink is the acid when you put a little drop with a black ink and it'll diffuse throughout through a USB Moses and the water will become a gray color but it bucks The water may be acid weaker. If you put it in a bigger bowl with more alkaline water, it'll become a lighter gray. And as you increase the size of the bowl get lighter and lighter until you can hardly not see it. That's what normal alkaline waters do they buffer the acid, they indirectly dilute the acid. What hydroxide do what it does, by doing by combining with the extra proton with the acid in forming water is it's like taking another eyedropper and sucking out the black ink that we call the acid. So the water is clear and you don't have to buffer it.

So therefore the body doesn't have any extra acid doesn't have any, any extra alkaline water and that's very important for inflammation. Now, most alkaline water is produced by electromagnetically induced ionization So, as an overview, what's the best way to on the body to handle the acidic load of modern life, the sad diet, or the Western diet? It's to eliminate the assets. hydronium becomes the most important asset to combat acidity in the body. And high hydronium remember is h3, that's the real problem. hydrogen ions can be tough, can only be combatted by neutralization.

And I prefer instead of neutralization, I don't like just buffering it I like elimination. Instead of instead of just saying neutralization is important and it's neutralized by forming a new molecule of water not just buffering. So neutralization of hydrogel of hydronium, is the means by which the acidic load on our body can be reduced. And this, when we do this, our body is going to produce a new acid right away once we eliminate the acid, but at the same time, it's going to produce a sodium bicarbonate molecule. That's the natural buffering system that I was talking about. I think I'm going to mention that one more time.

That's fine. That's in perfect bounds. That's how the body was designed. What we do is we because of the way we eat and drink, and sometimes over exercise, we produce extra hydrogen protons, extra acids. That throws the system off and the body can't buffer it naturally. So we have to help.

So hydroxide ions which are always combined with hydrogen ions to form water, while neutralizing or really eliminating its acidic nature, hydroxide ions so very low, they have low solubility They don't break apart easy. It has a natural drive to return to its natural state is the water molecule minerals unnecessary because of their monovalent properties, meaning that they'll hold the O h or the H for a while until the O h could take it away. ionization is the process by which hydroxide ions are removed from a water molecule electromagnet magnetism is used to break apart water molecules into hydroxide in hydrogen. But that's not natural. It's applied in the presence of minerals like sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium that we mentioned before. But this is not the only way to ionize water and it's not a natural way to ionized water.

Most alkaline waters rely on the addition of many different minerals and electromagnet But the earth is made up of 10% limestone. limestone makes up 10% of all sedimentary rock. And which means about the same thing and it's everywhere. Solid calcium hydroxide, which is really lime. So when it's heated, and water is added to it is the best way to free to get free hydroxide ions and the addition of water sets the hydroxide three, and then you have heating and you have cooling. Then they use reverse osmosis for the water that they're adding to it plus a normal ionization process and dissolution process and the hydroxide ions are left suspended in the water, naturally, not through electromagnet.

Magnetism, not through adding minerals, naturally from limestone by actually eliminating animals but again, all naturally so hydrogen protein SAP break off of let's say lactic acid is only one source of hydrogen protons and that causes muscle fatigue. We were all taught in school, that lactic acid buildup causes muscle fatigue. That's not true. It's the hydrogen proton that's loosely held to the lactic acid that's breaking off. But we also get hydrogen protons from our regular process of, you know, using the Krebs cycle using ADP and through various other metabolisms that we have that causes hydrogen protons to be by themselves. So that's only one sauce.

And when lactic acid loses its hydrogen proton and forms with another mineral it'll become lactate. And lactate isn't bad for the body. It actually serves as a fuel helps us save glycogen and glucose. So Matter of fact, Michael Phelps has taken lactate before his races and I came over to see what he was taking. But because it's such a good source of energy, the free option, hydroxide ions from the water already are readily available to maintain that acid base found for the muscles and the cells in the body. And now we're going to do it naturally there can combine free hydroxide ion trauma, you know, which is always negative water are readily available to maintain the acid base bounce of muscles and cells in our body because they're going to combine with it to form more.

A byproduct of the process is water. inflammation is reduced and hydration is enhanced. It helps with the insulin mechanism. It helps with our sugar bounds and by reducing inflammation will help with 85% of chronic illnesses that we'll be talking about. Today now we're going to talk a little bit about nature versus technology. The natural concoction of hydroxide oh ah what is achieved with limestone not with magnetism, that's why I like it.

It's technologically technologically produced oh ah water is altered with water molecules and added minerals and electromagnetism. They also use sodium bicarbonate but not the natural type, like our body has a synthetic type. So we're not getting the, the natural hydroxide that we want. hydroxide content is the most important measure that we're going to use to be able to get rid of the acid naturally. Okay, now I'm going to just give you a list again, I want you to take a picture of this since I don't think To remember the list and what these are alkaline foods foods that are have a pH above seven and again remember I said I tried to make the menu 70% alkaline and 30% acidic and that's to help with the inflammation. So we do through the menus plus we do it through the water to take a picture of this so you don't have to remember more I'll read it off to you any Hannah.

Yeah, lies to somebody I don't see lemons here but lemons also. Watermelon, grapefruit mangoes, papayas spinach, broccoli, onions, garlic, olive oil, sweet potatoes Brentsville, which is a little hard to get potato skins, soy beans, wild rice, raw honey, raisins, almond tofu, avocados, venison and Coldwater fish really on Alpine and right on the border. It but they're the best proteins to have this the least acidic and now I'm going to show you a chart take a picture of this chart I'm not going to use this one to read off to you I'm gonna use the next one because there's a little better for me but I'll give you a little time and take a picture of it with the camera on these this one and are we go off to you because I want you to understand it but again, take a picture. Okay, the way they break this down is into food categories sweeteners, foods, beings, lagoons, vegetables, nuts and seeds, oils, grains and cereals, meats, eggs and dairy and beverages.

Remember we want to stay the way they show this is really wrong. They go 6.0 to 7.5, we want to stay between 7.35 and 7.45 is the healthy range for the body's Ph. So going through sweetness, if you take a neutral sweet, that's the most acidic equal aspartame sweet low, those are the most acidic, white sugar and brown sugar and medium acidic and processed honey and molasses. So the least acidic if you take raw honey and raw sugar that's lowest and alkalyn maple syrup and rice syrup or medium alkalyn. And stevia which you have you mentioned before is the only non natural sweetener really is natural, but it's not a real sugar is the most out there. Then talking about fruits.

Remember, the darker the fruit, the less sugar it has in it. But blueberries, cranberries and prunes are the most acidic, sour cherries and rhubarb or medium acidic plums and process fruit juices that allow us to sit for outweighing at all. oranges, bananas, cherries, pineapples, peaches and avocados are the lowest happen but there's still Athlon Dates Figs, melons, grapes, papaya, Kiwi berries, apples, pears and raisins, a medium alkalyn and lemon, watermelon, limes, grapefruit, mangoes and papaya. The most alkalyn going to beans, vegetables and lagoons chocolate is the most acidic potatoes without the skin, pinto beans, navy beans and lima beans medium acidic. Cooked spinach, kidney beans and string beans are the lowest acidic going to alkalyn you have carrots, tomatoes, fresh corn mushrooms cabbage peas potato skins, olives. Soy beans and tofu are the least acidic.

You have okra squash, green beans, beets, celery, lettuce, zucchini, sweet potatoes and carrots, a medium alkalyn asparagus, onions, vegetable juices, parsley, raw spinach, and broccoli and garlic are the most alkalyn going into nuts and seeds, peanuts and walnuts, but the most acidic pecans and cashews and medium, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds are the lowest chestnuts. They're the lowest alkalyn and almonds are a medium alkalyn in the grains and cereals. Wheat, white flour, pastries and pasta are the most acidic and we stay away from those because we're staying away from gluten anyhow. White rice, corn, buckwheat oats and rye Medium acidic, sprouted wheat, bread spec and brown rice to the least acidic and the alkaline have arrived at millet, wild rice and quinoa are the lowest alkaline, but at least they're alkaline in the mix. There's no actual meats that are alkalyn. But beef, pork and shellfish are the most acidic.

Turkey and chicken and lamb a medium acidic. And venison and Coldwater fish are the lowest acidic, they're pretty close to neutral and that's why we use those and you know, we do have some beef in simple walk in some app, because we're keeping that 7030 extra and eggs and dairy cheese, homogenized milk and ice cream are the most acidic we're staying away from those as much as we can. Anyhow, this is a dairy raw milk is medium acidic eggs, butter, yogurt, butter, milk and cottage cheese. So the law assisted soy cheese, soy milk goat milk, goat cheese and whey are the lowest happen and you can see I say use goat cheese a lot to substituted for like better than dairy and breast milk is medium acidic for beverages. Soda, soda drinks and beer are the most acidic coffee is medium and tea is the lowest ginger tea is slightly alkalyn green tea is medium alkaline and herb teas and lemonade what are the most happening?

Now I just wanted to go through that one. So maybe remember it between seeing it and hearing it, please take a picture of it. Okay, next we're going to go through the exercise component on the reading off here and I want you to take a picture of it and it's broken down into the giving workout, intermediate workout and Advanced we're about to take a picture of it and then I'll show some pictures of it later. When we're talking about the quads and the glutes we're talking use a bodyweight stationary lunge or a bodyweight squat. Again, I'll show you pictures of it if you don't know what it is, but that means just using your bodyweight to do it by hamstrings through a bridge or a straight leg deadlift. For the calves that were calf raise or a single leg calf raise for the chest to modify push ups and chest fly.

You know what a chest fly is. For the shoulders, do a shoulder press which I call the military press or lateral raise for the biceps to hammer curls, reverse curls. For triceps to chair the hips are seated tricep extensions which is just like this. For the lower back to the bird dog or the plank and for the ABS to crunch or a leg raise In the beginning workout to one to three sets thing close to one at the beginning 10 to 15 reps. And you might check with either a health professional or if you're using a trainer, how much you should do because we don't want you to hurt yourself though, but you have to remember exercise is going to help all the body fluids flow, it's healthy for us naturally anyhow, it's going to increase the endorphins, which are part of the neurotransmitters which will help our brain function so overall it's very good.

And by moving everything around, it will get rid of help get rid of the toxins in the body and indirectly control the inflammation. For the intermediate, it's very similar but now we're talking two to three sets of 12 to 15 reps. Please take a picture of it. For the quads, you have alternating lunge weighted squat. For the hamstrings, you have a single leg bridge or straight leg deadlift. For the calves yep awaited calf raise or awaited single leg calf raise.

For the chest you have push ups, or chest press on a ball, which I'll show you a single arm row for the back and pull ups are excellent exercises for you. I remember in the Marine Corps we had to do 20 of them that was pretty hard, even when we were young. For the biceps, you do the hammer curl and reverse curl. I think I skipped the shoulders backs into the upright row and front and lateral raises for the triceps to the Chad dips and the standing tricep kickbacks for the lower back to the Superman's, and the plank with one arm and for the ABS to roll ups and bicycle countries. Okay, the next one is the advanced exercises. Here you do three full sets, instead of two to three sets like intermediate and you're doing 15 reps.

So for the quads and glutes, we're talking about weights step ups are goblet SCA squats. For the hamstrings. We're doing weighted single leg bridge and straight single leg deadlift. For the calves, we're doing seated calf raises or seated calf raise with the toes in. For the chest, we're doing a plyometric push up, which in the Marine Corps was called the Reebok push up. It's when you clap your hands in between.

For the back, we're doing reverse flyes and jump pull ups for the shoulders. We're doing a clean press and lateral raise for the biceps concentration curls, and squats with a curl press. And again, I'll show pictures of them. For triceps. We'll do chair dips and a stability ball tricep extension. And for the lower back, we'll do Superman and the ball planks.

And for the abs, we'll do a side plank. So, again, take a picture of it because we're knocking remember Here's some textures I don't think I have to describe more to you. But you could see a language there. You could see her doing chest extensions with the ball, get see her doing a tripod, tricep curls or regular press with on a ball. And here you could see her doing the one arm extension. Can you see a regular squat, you see the elastic pull downs, you see a regular calf raise.

And here you see the deadlift that goes into the regular I call military press. You see regular curl, regular time, a lateral raise a front raise front lateral raise. Now once the front lateral but no raising the weights in front of you because you're trying to get off to the shoulder Here again, you'll see just doing an extension raise for that. Here you'll see a leg raise with both legs. Here you'll see a plank with one arm. Here you'll see a regular pull down.

No, and you know that you don't have to do every single exercise you could double up on some if you don't have some of these things in your house, but I try to do most of them where you could do them in your home and you need very little equipment is a modified push up. A regular push up. I think this is a jumping pull up versus a regular pull up. And again, he or she said they're just picking up the weights to the shoulder so they're getting all four parts. Here you'll see a concentration run The deadlift, this is a one on plying a one on plank and a basically a Side Crunch to get the sides of your body or crunch really they call. This is a CD tricep curl.

As you can see the one handed a chest press. Here you see a lunge with weights. II see the calf raise on a step away did he see the military press or what I call the military press, but it's starting from a squat? Is he the weighted crunch? He could see the Superman I think he could tell that use me as the model for that one. Here you see a deadlift Again there's a squat, simple toe touch the front raise the alternating crunches.

You see a bridge, there's the tricep, Karolina chair, there's a tricep raise with a weight. And then they have on with the toes in the two different types. It's two different parts of the calf. II have a seated a regular press what I always call the military press. He could see the alternating leg extensions that they do, he could see the two armor, chest press on the ball, the lunge and the weighted squat. Again, take a picture of all these this phenomena remember is a regular poll.

Here's a tricep kickback. There's a modified pull up. There's the step ups that they talked about, but it looks like with weights. Here's the rolling punch, they're using the ball to do it. This is wrong with the elastic stretches on it. And that's what I always call the military push up.

They call it a poly metric. Apply metric up, push it up, but it's when you clap your hands in between, which my daughter was able to do by the time she was eight years old, just so you know. That's like instead of timeout, they had to do exercises. Okay, so hopefully you took pictures a little longer. Okay, the next thing I'm going to go over is the non substance abuse mental illnesses. And I'll read off a list to what we're going to go over we're going to go over ADHD, dementia, and Alzheimer's, anxiety, autism, bipolar, depression, diabetes, even though it's not a mental illness, but it's important.

PTSD, schizophrenia, sex addiction for men, sex addiction for women and sleep disorders, which I mentioned before I go over it is not a mental illness. It's not substance abuse, but it's interrelated with both of them. So, ADHD, which is attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is way over prescribed. We have 11 million children in the United States and I strongly believe that proper hydration, proper nutrition We'll enable the health professionals that have taken this course and that learn about this to drastically lower the amount of medication that they have to prescribe but it's up to the medical professional because I don't prescribe medicine myself. But attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is a neurological goal disorder that is treated with and managed through nutrition medication. The plan that I'm going to show you the menus and now I only show you one is rich in omega three fatty acids which are important for the brain because I keep saying the brain is made up of almost all fat brain cells keep dying, we want to replace it.

It's low and processed sugar, which is important because that causes inflammation and sugar although it doesn't cause ADHD, it does make it worse, it's adversely affects it. We're gonna have high quality proteins, we're gonna stay away from dogs added as preservatives as much as possible. And when To stay with healthy fats, antioxidants, complex carbohydrates. And again, all of this only works in conjunction with hell with qualified health and medical professionals. So if I ever skip saying that, I don't mean to skip it. And these diets also and again, I want you to take a picture of it, or 70%, alkalyn and 30%.

Acidic even with the water. We don't want to stimulate the opiate receptors because we don't want to have a negative effect on the insulin mechanism, which will have a negative effect on our blood sugar which definitely affects the mental illnesses that I'm going to go over. So we're going to deal with healthy fats, complex carbohydrates and healthy foods. We're going to stay away from all the same things we stayed away from before that were specific To simulating the opiate receptors like gluten, like sugar, like dairy, like additives, preservatives, sugar substitutes, we're going to stay away from all of those still as much as humanly possible because the same thing that stimulates the LP receptors and has a strong response to substance abuse negatively affects pretty much all of the mental illnesses, some of them very specifically. So I'm going to go over to two days worth again because I don't want to take too much of your time on this, but take a picture of it so you have it for the others.

We'll have steel cut oats for breakfast, we'll have a quarter cup of Brazilian nuts for a snack. We'll have lettuce wrap and romaine lettuce with veggies and roast beef, so you have a little beef in there with salad dressing, try to have a good salad dressing without a sugars are artificial sweeteners in it. And we'll have sorachi lime salmon with roasted asparagus. Nobody is going to know this is an ADHD ADHD menu. They're not going to look at it or get sevens. Oh, you're giving this to me because you think I have ADHD.

There's nothing for them to know, to look at it. It's a healthy menu that we're using specifically to stay away from certain things that make the ADH D worse. or something else about the Menu set I should have said at the beginning is as health professionals, especially dealing with mental illness, we only have so many tools in our toolbox to deal with. We have therapy, which we'll always use, which is talking to the people to figure out what the problem is. We have medication, which has certain problems in some cases, how much do we give them? They're taking other medicine that I don't know, know about?

Are they taking it correctly. So there's some problems. And in the worst worst case scenario, it's institutionalizing people not for ADHD, but for things like schizophrenia or bipolar ism, they can be institutionalized. Well now we have a fourth tool in our toolbox, which is proper nutrition and proper hydration, which is much less drastic than anything but except for therapy, talking to the people, and there will always be a place for the therapy but we want to reduce the medication over a period of time with the health professionals with the proper hydration and proper nutrition. And that's the idea of all of these menus. So let me go over Tuesday.

We have Southwest egg scramble. Apple with almond or or cashew butter for the healthy fats meatball squash boats. Coconut, which is dairy free yogurt, and Fox chickens. strips and sweet potato fries. I'll go through a few recipes with you then on the switch and start going through one recipe with it. But for the ADHD breakfast we have a steel cut holes for one of them say take one cup of cooks to cut holes.

The instructions are on a package you take a quarter cup of blackberries, one tablespoon of non dairy protein and unsweetened almond or coconut milk because we want to stay away from the dairy you cook the oats according to the package instructions with the unsweetened almond or coconut milk or water Add the remaining ingredients as soon as the oats have been cooked and you have breakfast nice and healthy. For lunch we have meatball squash boats which is pretty cool. Yeah the half a pound of lean beef meatballs. You have two mediums yellow squash you have one cup of brown aerosol In two tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, I prefer vegan cheese or goat cheese because I want to stay away from the dairy even though once in a while a little bit long, but I try to just totally stay away from it because we ended up cheating without planning on cheating.

The directions are easy. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees cut the squash in half. Steam the squash after a few minutes or microwave for 660 seconds until they're a little bit so then cut out a little bit of the center using a spoon or a scoop. So you have a wholeness center and fill the squash hall with the four ounce meatball and one half cup of marinara sauce and vagin cheese a goat cheese. Place the squash halves on an oiled align baking dish and they pretend to 15 minutes or until the meatballs are hot and the cheese is melted and you have an excellent lunch. Did you have the chicken strips that we talked about.

Now again, this is more than enough for one person so you can feed it to the whole family. Please take a picture of ingredients. You have one pound of boneless, skinless chicken breast. That's why I said it's enough for a family to have one cup of almond flour, not wheat flour, ever. One teaspoon of GOD Power of Greek or an onion powder and one egg to cut the chicken into long strips and you washed in the egg to combine it with the almond flour and spices in a shallow bowl, your bread the chicken and you're laid on a sprayed cookie sheet. You baked in the oven for 300 at 350 degrees for 10 to 1414 minutes or until the chicken is done all the way through.

You don't want anything. And if that's where you get the salmonella from, and then serve it immediately and it's delicious. And again, nobody's gonna have ADHD Okay, the next one I'm going to go over is Alzheimer's and dementia. I want to explain a few things first, you know, as I go on, I remember something, something else that's very good about this for health professionals besides giving another tool in their box, nobody's going to say to you that they ate something and alethia fell off. So there's no liability involved in it. As long as I keep saying which I do that you can only use these menus and this nutrition plan and the hydration plan, in conjunction with a health professional is no liability like we have sometimes with medicine.

I guess somebody could say something about the therapy, but nobody's going to be able to say hey, I had his squash bow peoples and my left arm stopped working. It doesn't have or I had a is zucchini squash? Am I dementia got Labour's None of that's true, it's scientifically that it can't happen. So there's no negative effects from any of this, the worst thing that's gonna happen is you won't be able to lower the medicine as much as you wanted or maybe in a few cases, you won't be able to lower it but they'll still feel better. And they'll still be healthier which indirectly will help them so there's no negative effects. Okay, now we're going to talk about Alzheimer's and dementia.

One thing I want to mention is we use dementia here as though it's a disease. Dementia is not a disease. It's a symptom of a disease. So like pain, if you might get a doctor and he asked what's Amana? And he said, you have pain. You'd say now what's causing the pain.

There's a lot of different forms of dementia. It's a symptom. We're using it here as a disease because that's how it's commonly used. Alzheimer's is an actual disease, but the way Talk about it here. It's covering all the others, and we're using it as a disease but know that it's really a symptom of. So dementia is defined as a chronic a persistent disorder of the mental processes caused by brain diseases, or injury and mock by memory disorders, personality changes, and impaired reasoning.

Those are the symptoms of dementia, and it's caused by several different ways. Alzheimer's is defined as the progressive mental deterioration that can occur in middle or old age, due to generalize degeneration of the brain is the most common cause of premature senility. The nutrition plans that we'll have that we have for this is going to concentrate on omega three fatty acids and pure coconut oil, while avoiding sugar consumption has been shown to have a negative effect on Alzheimer's. We're gonna make sure we have adequate hydration. Dehydration has been shown in clinical studies to have a negative effect on Alzheimer's and dementia. We're going to have five high fiber intake and chemically pure foods.

We're going to want to reduce the inflammation. So the water I'll keep mentioning it to you again, one half your body weight in ounces per day of the water and I recommend the hydroxide water because we don't want to stimulate the opiate receptors because we know the sugars, no good. We have to get rid of the inflammation. And we're going to try to make sure we have enough healthy fats to make up for the cells that are dying. And if we have Alzheimer's or dementia, the cells are probably dying quicker. So we want to make sure we do it.

Okay, here's the menu. Florida only go for a couple days. Yep squash pancakes and eggs. A quarter cup of almonds and walnuts for a snack. Bonus bl turkey burger with a side salad, a cup of grapes for a snack and grilled chicken with wilted rugal mushrooms. Again, you could switch things around as long as you keep the same theme.

But there's nothing here where a person is going to say, Oh, you gave me a menu that have dementia. There's no way they're going to know this. But what you should notice is that we're keeping them hydrated, that the foods are high in omega three, we're staying away from the sugars. It's 70% alkalyn and 30%. acidic so we want to control the inflammation. That's all that should be noticed on Tuesday had an egg muffin.

You'll have celery with almond cashew butter again we it's the healthy fats that we want to lunch we have butter, not squash soup and gluten free crackers for a snack Abba dairy free coconut yogurt again healthy fats in there. For dinner you have 100 glazed pork chops with sweet potato hash. Now I'm going to start just going over one of the recipes but I'm going to show them to you all so you could take a picture of them. So for breakfast will have Alzheimer's and dementia breakfast. The first one I'm going to show you is coconut and yoga fe it's real easy. You have a quarter cup of yogurt.

I'm sorry, one cup of coconut yogurt, a quarter cup of berries, one quarter cup of chopped nuts, and just combine as a parfait insert nice and straightforward. The lunch here anyhow, Chucky tacos you have a pound of ground turkey. Remember this when you have something like that it's enough for several days. It's not the outside on executive account for lunch. This is, is that you could also get cooked turkey he had, they're gonna have to cook the turkey beforehand. You have the coin tortillas, one table, one teaspoon of cumin, one teaspoon of chili fowl, one teaspoon of paprika, a quarter cup of water.

Cook the turkey till it's done and the spices and mortar and sack of explore are on the corn tortillas. nice simple and straightforward. For dinner yet cherry pan fried chicken. Get two tablespoons of talk Sherry concentrate. If you remember also that was alkaline. three quarter cups of water.

Six chicken tenders which is about a pound again it's enough for the family. Two tablespoons of dried fine a dash of Peppa three teaspoons, tablespoons of coconut oil, one tablespoon of dry costly. A quarter cup of dried cherries mixed a cherry juice in the water and a large baller fresh bag and the chicken tenders thighs so pepper to the bowl of the bag with cherry juice. let it marinate in the refrigerator overnight for at least eight hours. When you're ready to cook it remove the chicken tenders from the marinate pack dry with a paper towel. Keep the coconut oil and a large oil skillet and a medium heat once oil is just beginning to sizzle putting the chicken tenders to the to the scale it cook it for three minutes per side it should turn a golden crispy brown dude on both sides.

Remove the chicken from the skillet place on a paper towel or a covered plate garnish with the parsley and dried cherries. Just make sure the chickens done don't want any pink in the middle instead of up with brown rice and roasted green vegetables. Anxiety Disorder is one of the biggest mental illnesses I'd say, between anxiety, depression and substance of these. Since then, and the CDC and ama all consider that a mental illness. Those are the three biggest mental illnesses. So anxiety, which we see in a lot of people means they don't have enough serotonin and melatonin.

So you'll see in the menu that we'll have more complex carbohydrates, and some proteins in it, we won't have any foods that contain cortisol because cortisol tends to suppress the serotonin and melatonin and we need that and you'll see this again in some other diseases. But anxiety is a neurological disorder defined is a feeling of worry. nervousness or unease, typically about an imminent event was something with an uncertain outcome is treated and managed to therapy and In some cases, medication, nutrition can play an important role in managing anxiety. Because foods we could focus on stabilizing the mood and facilitating a sense of control over their routine through the meals and the scheduling. So the plan again is going to be rich in omega three fatty acids can be low in processed sugars, we're gonna have quality proteins, we're gonna stay away from the additives, the preservatives, the dyes, and use whole foods as much as possible healthy fats and antioxidants.

Again, none of this works without working through a health professional. So if I ever forget to say that, that's the only way it's done, I do not do it directly. So here's the menu. Train xiety Yes, sweet potato. burrito for breakfast. You have a quarter cup of nuts for a snack, that strawberry Google salad for lunch that Apple banana or celery without And cashew butter for the healthy fats that we were talking about.

And then you have sweet shrimp stir fry for breakfast on Tuesday Fpp and j oats, apple, banana and celery with coconut or cashew butter for the healthy fats. The heated chicken wrap coconut yogurt which is non Dairy and Meat love and roasted green beans for dinner. Regular foods. Nobody's gonna say this is anxiety. Now this is my favorite, but one of my favorites because I like the shakes. You have a quarter cup of mango fresh or frozen half a banana, a quarter cup of pineapple slices, one cup of cocoa, coconut or almond milk sugar free, a scoop of non dairy protein, a teaspoon of ground flaxseed to get that omega three in there and I add the ice cubes to make it thicker.

To show you the lunch, I won't read it to you. But it's a sweet stuff sweet wrap, take a picture of it. For dinner, you have a gluten free pizza. Again, take a picture of it. And again, at the end, I'll show you how to get in contact with me where if you need more recipes or anything, I'll make them available to you. Okay, the next thing we're going to talk about is what isn't, again, that's been diagnosed a lot more lately.

I don't think that's being diagnosed more. Because people are taking advantage of it. I think it's being diagnosed more because they make the thresholds less. There's different types of autism now, but there's one doctor that we tend to follow, it's Dr. Feingold and he came up with some menus that have proven to be very successful with autism in clinical tests. So Autism is a mental condition preset from early childhood. It's characterized by difficulty communicating and forming relationships with other people and and using language and abstract concepts.

Autism can and does vary from patient to patient is treated by health professionals through a variety of therapies and treatments. nourishing the brain with high quality omega three acids has been proven in clinical tests to help manage the systems also staying away from dyes preservatives has been helpful while the dyes and preservatives showed a negative effects so to gluten and dairy showed a negative effects so we use fine goals findings that he was able to do and clinical tests. And that's the same plans that we use for autism. So here's an autism menu. Again, you'll see What it does is you know, and it is there's no preservatives, there's no dyes 70% alkalyn 30% acidic so we could control the inflammation we start off with the water. Again I use hydroxide and water cuz I want to eliminate the acid.

I don't want to just buffer the acid four and there's a lot of omega three fatty acids in here. And it's none of the things that Dr fangirl said showed a negative effect on people that show up to some of the guys added is that are really dairy gluten we don't have any of that in here. So for Monday, yep, egg muffins and egg. A quarter cup of almonds and walnuts for a snack blacking salad with three ounces of chicken breasts you could go to four ounces, a plum for a snack and chicken pepper and onion pasta gluten free. Tuesday we had an egg casserole celery with arms and cashew butter We need those healthy fats from me said it's very important. Granola, very salad for a snack, coconut dairy free yogurt.

Again, it's dairy free, there's healthy fats in it. And then Asian sesame grilled chicken with Quinoa Rice. There's nothing in here that could possibly hollow it stays within a dockerfile and goes guidelines and it should help you be able to lower the amount of medicine over a period of time in conjunction with your therapy. I'll just show you one here cuz I want to be cognizant of your time. So again, this is enough for the whole family or enough for several days. You have six egg whites, six whole eggs, four ounces of cooked chicken and turkey sausage nitrate free.

One cup of fresh spinach they will not taste it. accord a cup of mushrooms, four ounces to chop down Ian's four ounces of chopped peppers, two ounces dry mustard, four ounces of shredded cheese, shredded cheese, but I prefer using non dairy vegan option or go cheese with it. And one bag of pre sliced red potatoes, the scrambled eggs and the meat potatoes, the veggies and one half of the Vega no go cheese for the mixture on a spray casserole dish and top with the remaining goat or vegan cheese baked in the oven for 45 minutes or until it's not running anymore. And then like I said this is enough for either the whole family or you could freeze it for later use so you have it for a few vegetables. I'll show you a picture of the lunch. It's very quinoa salad, take a picture of it, but I won't read it to you.

And then I'll show you a dinner which is grilled peanut and chicken dinner. And again, take a picture
