So some basic touching, you would work on the groin crease, which is the section between the outer labia and the inside of the thigh so that I also call that sometimes the Barbie joined because when you move a Barbie doll, that's where the joints would be. So you can work on that go increase, to work very gently on the pubic bone. So there's a bone just above the Yoni like so men and women both have it, but to work very gently and lightly on their pubic bone with life massage, and with a couple of the techniques I'm going to teach you now, on top of the pubic bone as well, is the extension for the G spot which is just above the pubic bone. And it feels on either side like this that like there's a muscle that you can move from side to side like so on the female body, and to gently massage along the top of the pubic bone.
Especially if the woman is already quite relaxed and arouse can feel incredible and sometimes Can instigate full body orgasm, etc, etc. So these are all points that are not the clitoris or the nipples, or the anus, that are actually incredibly pleasurable and relaxing and honoring of the body. This is quite important too, because you want to know your partner's body, not just have sex with it. Now that might sound quite weird because we're so taught to just have sex with our partners without necessarily honoring their bodies. So it's a bit of a mind change to think about honoring the body to gently massage these outer labia, you can also gently pinch them between two fingers and massage like so. That can feel absolutely amazing and you can do that with the inner labia too.
But what you want to do at this point is to not concentrate on the clitoris at all. We don't want to go into patterning which is I'm turned on now, if I turn her on a little more, this is going to lead to us having sex and that's our pattern. That's what we used to etc, etc. We want to do these exercises to start changing the way we're approaching sensuality, so that eventually when we do move into having sex and different sex and slow sex and divine union sex, we having a different experience of more pleasure doesn't take away from doing all of the things you normally do. Once you've done your exercises and you've meditated for 15 minutes afterwards, I'd like to say nine to 15 minutes of downtime after the exercise to separate it out from what you're going to do afterwards. So you keep this separate to actually having sex.
So these exercises are kept separately. So you can also mess these lips also by doing this very gentle pinching motion. You can work through the tutorial hood if your partner has a fairly extensive ritual, but if you can see the clutter is quite clearly don't play there. For now. We want to stay away from those major sexual spots. For now we're looking more about arousal and sensuality.
See, and you can also play on the parently. And so the, the part of the body that's just below the vaginal entrance and let's say this is the anus over here. So there would be the anus. This band of muscle here is beautiful to touch and to play with and to do some of the massage techniques that I'm going to teach you now. So there's a couple of different ways to touch in it in the beginning, it's hard to just follow your your creativity and your instinct with these things because we tend to fall into patterning quite easily. So I'm going to teach you three different movements to do as you're exploring the genitals and as you're exploring the body.
So we've learned the pleasure canvass already, and that is just that very gentle touching, almost tickling of the skin and just really being aware of the fingertips. So that can be done over the entire Yoni as well. Very gentle touching, and stroking and really slowly so in that growing crease, along the outer layer, etc, etc. Then you've got your slight pension role motion which works so beautifully on your labor etc. And you want to make sure that your hands are very well manicured or otherwise use a pair of surgical gloves so that everything is slippery and nothing so this tissue is so very very delicate that if you get caught between your nail and the edge of your finger it can be really quite painful for someone. So think about that either manicure, your hands have short nails and make sure that best way to tell if your nails are okay is to take the edges of the nails there and put them on a stocking.
If they catch stroking at all, you've got rough stuff. So if you're not aware, let's say you're a man you work with your hands, you're not aware an investment in some latex gloves or something would be a really good idea. you'll still get a lot of sensation but you won't be hurting your partner tool you'll be able to be gentle and explorative without hurting her. So either a manicure or using those those gloves it especially if you've got long nails so it If it's a woman with a woman lover as well, if you've got really long, beautiful nails that you've had specially down at the salon, using a gloves just stops anything catching. It's really important because you want your partner to be able to relax. So doing that little pinch and roll movement feels amazing.
It's a clitoral hood is long enough, you can also just very gently pinch and roll along here. But what you want to do is avoid direct contact with the clutters for now, because what we're doing is we patenting the body to accept central energy in a whole bunch of different ways. Then you've got what I call the waterfall effect. So it's touching the body or touching any part of the body. So you can do this on the parent em, you could do it around the anus, you could do it on the lips, you could do it on the sacrum or the small of the back, you could do this movement pretty much anywhere. So you can either do it with the whole hand.
You could do it with hand over hand. So you would be on the body you'd be working like so. So you're learning hand over Which is like a waterfall effect, you could do it with one finger along the outside layer. You could do it with two fingers. So you were waterfall in like so. So it's a very gentle touching technique that feels amazing.
And it feels continuous, because it doesn't stop. So it's a continual motion leading into the body as opposed to just a side to side or an up and down motion. But that's the next technique is very gently on the lips, as well as just doing this very gentle up and down motion can actually show this on the model. So you're just going up and up like a centimeter or centimeter down. So it would be a very small movement, like so. And you could do that on the inner lips, outer lips in between just getting those branch nerves swollen.
And you'll see when those clitoral branch nerves those legs of the culture has become swollen it becomes almost like a third set of loops you'll actually be able to see the swelling The nerves bulging through the skin is quite amazing. That's why I call this quiet journey and when the Yoni is fully aroused, and in gorged and filled with blood, I call her the fire Yoni or she's the fruit of the flower. Because if you look at a blossom, and you look at a fruit, they're very different, but they are the same thing, depending on whether they've been fertilized or not. So the patterns of nature run through everything, then drawing circles. So taking one finger and doing just a little gentle circles all the way down. Like so.
And then working that on the parent, there was a lot of circles done on the Pyrenean, you can also sometimes be quite firm with the parent name and it's quite pleasurable because this body of muscle in both men and women, you can normally push your thumb about that far into before causing pain so you can really massage that muscle. But again, it depends on your partner what's comfortable for them if you're like really doing a sports massage on the podium and you can see them starting to contract or tighten. You want to perhaps avoid that at this point. So then go back to a softer motion of doing some circles, doing some very gentle up and down motions, and then doing some hand over hand work and some side to side work and gentle stroking. So that's some ideas of how to do some gentle creative touch to start mapping the body.
So what you're going to want to do is start the exercise by laying your partner out naked on a massage table or on some padding or even on your dining room table with a do v underneath etc, etc. Making sure that they're warm, making sure that they can relax, and then doing the pleasure canvass on the body, and then moving into working with the genitals for a maximum of about 15 minutes. Because we're not looking for a result. We're not looking for orgasm, we're looking to relax and pleasure the body as a full gifting experience, because that's what this is about. And those are just a couple of different techniques to use. So you can use little circles You can use an up and down you can use a waterfall motion.
And you can use a side to side and you can use the pleasure canvas. And that's enough for you to begin to start with
