Hello and welcome to anatomy 101 for girls. Okay, so this is quite exciting because a lot of the time we get what we know about the vagina vulva, which is the outside part of the vagina is the inside part are very confusing, but in Sanskrit terms we call it the Yoni, which means sacred space. And that's such a beautiful word twizy This is a sacred space. This is where all birth comes from the life emerges from she is very beautiful. So we will call her the Yoni or the vagina or the vulva depending on what's most comfortable for everybody watching. Okay, so let's go through the parts that make up the hole.

So firstly, this is the right way up. So if this was on a real person, the head would be here, and this would be the way up the vagina would be, it also wouldn't be on the front of the body, obviously, it'd be sitting slightly underneath. So this on the outside of the outer loop would be the groin crease. So that'd be like the Barbie doll joint. You know when you use when you move a Barbie doll, there's that little joint. The groin crease is very rich in nerve endings incredible to touch and the increase would be sitting there then we have the outer labia, which is here and here.

Now the outer labia are differently sized on absolutely everyone, for some women, they are quite plump and they look like a tulip and they're completely close. For some woman. They're quite thin, and inside Libya splay outwards more like an orchid. So I have a lesson on how women look. And basically you'll find that there are six flower types that most women fall into and they are combinations of those flowers. This is the flesh flower.

Nobody looks like this in real life. Just by the way girls, no one. No one looks like this. You don't have a uniform color. The colors can be for anything from this light through to a dark purple through to a light brown. Even sometimes a dark brown, sometimes they can vary gate on the outside Libyan inside Libya doesn't matter.

Everybody looks different. A woman's flesh flower woman's Yoni is incredibly unique. You know, it's the most divine pattern. It really is the flower of nature pattern showing up again. So in between the two Lamia was also where we I call them the clitoral branch nerves because they come down in between these two lips. And we just do it like that.

So in between those two lips are the couture branches which feel amazing when a massage etc. So we're going to learn some skill set techniques with that later on in the course. But for now just know that's where they are. Then, just below the pubic bone over here, you'll feel there's a little dent in the pubic bone on women. And if you move your finger very slightly from side to side, so imagine the pubic bone is here. If you move your finger very slightly from side to side, what you can feel is a little electrical cable and that's the clitoral nerves.

It's the bundle of clitoral nerves that come down underneath the hood to where the clitoris is. Now on this particular model. I don't think she even has a no she does there it is. So just between us in ellipse and under the just Can you see It's very very small like a little poll there. Now on different women that again is different some women have at recess clutters that you actually can't see but obviously you can feel and some women have a clitoral that can be quite large and even look like a little flesh pool can be round about the size, if you can see that. So it again depends Woman to Woman, and don't get your ideas about what your knees should look like from porn because again, Yoni porn yonis porn vagina tends to look exactly the same.

It's always shaved. It tends to have very little in the way of Libya. It's very neat and symmetrical. Nobody say that way. If you even look at your face, your face is not symmetrical you're the only is not symmetrical for men there Lingam that penis is not symmetrical that will lean one way or the other way, which is normally called dressing left or dressing right. So you know you're not symmetrical.

There's a Beauty and the flower here that isn't exactly symmetrical. So the clutter is you can normally find and this is a great trick to know. If you feel that little nerve bundle there and you actually move right down the little cable, even when she's not aroused right down the cable. Once you get to the end of the cable, you can go no further and you don't feel it anymore. You've gone past the clutters. So then go back up to the top, come down again, side to side, side to side, feel the cable, feel the cable underneath.

And then eventually once you start becoming around this well you'll feel like a little bump on the end of the cable. And that's where the clutter says. So sometimes visually where the clutter is, is and actually with a nerve bundle sits it's better to be able to feel the nerve bundle than just look for the nerve bundle. Best of all is being able to do both, but some women are not completely comfortable with you sort of staring with a torch basically. So you need to know and now inside Underneath this tutorial hood so the inner labia create the clitoral hood. So underneath the control hood is a little piece of flesh just and you'll feel like the bone behind it.

And by the way, no one's vaginal entrance looks like that. It's not perfectly round either. But anyway, so there's this little piece of space right here. Can you can you sort of see Should I make it go a little bit closer? There we go. So this there's your clitoris and clitoral hood.

And here is a little space where the urethra is urethra is the hole which we comes out of urine emerges. It also is the space where Amrita or female ejaculate can emerge from because it forms in the skins glands and gathers behind in the G spot and can come out of the same exit in the body. So the urethra the we hole and the actual hole for birthing or for making love etc etc. are different and some people don't know that because anatomy is not generally taught in any great specificity at school. So that's your urethra which also is known as the use spot because for some women and you have to be fairly arouse to feel it, it can be a big turn on to have that point messaged. If it's not a turn on for your partner though, doesn't mean she's made wrong it just means that her nervous system in her Yoni might be set up slightly differently.

Then I just want to briefly talk about the G spot because we will do a whole lesson on the G spot but the G spot positioning is inside so if my finger was going inside nuts inside and on the back wall, so there if it my finger was not inside the unit would be there. So like so. But on the the back wall, can you see what I'm doing there? Okay, now for most women, especially if the G spots not very activated or if they don't have internal orgasms. If you're making a come here motion like this inside the body, it's gonna hurt and you cannot use the G spot until she is very aroused. Please remember that that's a really important point to share something quite personal the first time my husband and I looked for my G spot, we found out about it in a magazine.

And he looked with a torch, and we just dive straight in looking for this thing. And I thought, well, I'm broken because I don't have one. Because this just feels uncomfortable. It feels like I'm at the gynecologist. So I do have a G spot, we had to wake it up. And there are exercises you can do to make the G spot wake up.

And then it is possible to have internal orgasms after you've woken up the G spot or goddess area. So the G spot is inside the body, on the back wall, roundabout there. But if you're going to start playing the G spot, firstly check in that she's very aroused. And remember, for most women, the time it takes to be fully aroused if you don't have specific skill sets, is 27 minutes. So I'm just putting that out there. So don't think you know I've done three minutes of tickling now let's go find the G spot.

Not a good idea. Really not a good idea. Okay, so that's the base. So the Yoni and how she fits together. So we've got pubic bone out of Libya, in a Libya clitoral branch nerves, the Turrell hood, which on someone by the way can be a lot shorter. So in someone, it's very, very short.

And you can see the clitoris quite clearly and in other women a lot longer, and you can see it underneath and it's someone you can't see at the top because it's quite recessed, then the little notch that's under the tear on the edge of the pubic bone. And you can feel that little wire, and you can work on the control hood, feeling down to where the Tetris is, and eventually you'll feel a bump as she becomes aroused. But if she's not aroused yet, and you're just looking to find out exactly where you should be working, if you're doing any clinical practice or work, then that's a quick way to find the Tetris because then you can even find it in the dark. Like even find it when you're spooning, which is really cool. So I get very excited about this stuff. So that's basic anatomy for a woman.
