Hi, and welcome to five days to impaired stuff. And we are at today number five, which is collapsing your limits. So collapsing your limits, we can do this practice, anytime. And what it is, is we're going to be doing a dynamic visualization. So I'm going to be taking you through that in a little while. I'm sorry, I'm a little bit late this morning we had a bit of technical hiccups.
But we're here and we're going to be doing collapsing your limits. So it's a dynamic visualization. So we're going to be using a mind's eye for this one. So I'll talk you through what it is. So it's a practice you can use anytime. It lets us understand that the universe is limitless.
And that we can choose to shave whatever we want. We can find purpose in our life. We can Deal with a struggle that's in front of us. And it's called a freedom type of thinking. collapsing your limits is a freedom type of thinking. So what this means is that we're going to be not focusing on the roadblock on the struggle.
It's the type of thinking that allows you to focus on the solution and how to get there. So you can begin to feel the reality of other possibilities when you collapse your limits. So how does this work? Well, we all have our own parameters and boundaries, and we think can make decisions that are based usually on these parameters and boundaries, and they affect our actions and our beliefs. And they're like a safety net. So our parameters and boundaries are there for our own safety and guidelines we can use in life.
They can act as part of our moral compass. as well. So to God when we need one, so our parameters and boundaries are essential for a balanced life. And we all have different parameters and boundaries in our lives, we're all different, and we all have different ones. And we make lots of bad decisions based on these. So when we're talking about collapsing your limits, we're not talking about those parameters and boundaries.
So we're talking about situations and events, and parts of our lives where we want to make progress. And this can be spiritually mentally or physically. So it can be in any one of these areas where we feel there's an obstacle or a struggle. And we all have them from time to time. Sometimes it can be one after the other. So we all have them.
You may want to become more spiritually aware. Connect your spirituality, discover more meaning or purpose in your life. Maybe it's struggled with that, or a bit of an assurity around that you may want to become better, which is studies, progress at work, or even your relationships. They can always be tricky. And you may want to get healthy, get fit, find more balance in your life. This is an area where we can all improve.
So collapsing your limits can help with all of these things. So as I said before, it's a type of wall. It is a dynamic visualization. It's a type of meditation, the dynamic visualization, and it's called this because you can feel different after you can recapture that feeling of collapsing your limits and move forward with that feeling. And when we have this feeling that all Helps change your vibration. And this is so key in moving forward, changing our vibration.
So what we're going to do, we'll start now. So we're going to be using a mind's eye for this one. So if you just sit comfortably and just have a couple of breaths, take a couple of deep breaths, sit comfortably, close your eyes, if you're more comfortable with and I can just leave them open, that's absolutely fine. If you want to close your eyes, take a couple of deep breaths. And we're just going to look at a situation in our lives. It can be work, study, home life doesn't matter any situation where it is a struggle, or a roadblock.
Something you want to achieve something you want to move towards. So just think That situation and just think of you in that situation and how presents itself to you what you think and feel in that situation. So you just be in that situation and just looking at that situation. Now what we're going to do in our mind die, we are going to put a dome over that situation, whatever struggle or whatever it happens to be, we're going to be putting a dome over that situation. It's done can be made or whatever you like. It can be a perspex down or it can be a wooden down, an iron down, wire down.
It doesn't really matter. It can be as strong or as weak as you like. It doesn't matter. It's the dome over your situation. Now on the outside of that don't just put your situation is the rest of your life. So out there is your friends, your family, colleagues, workplace neighborhood, all the rest of your life happening all around the game.
All around it down. And you're looking at all of this from your mind's eye, looking at the situation in the dome, the dome and all your life around the dome on the outside of the dome. And now I want you to imagine a big beautiful blue sky, ever everything. So all this is happening all that you see in your mind's eye is happening underneath a beautiful big blue sky. Now what's happening is things floating around in that beautiful big blue sky. So floating around in that absolutely limitless blue sky.
All the possibilities in the universe. Separating red in this big, beautiful limitless blue sky is all the time you could ever want the clarity you could ever need this money. There's harmony, lots and lots of love. There's the beginnings of something new floating around. This peace of mind. There's a way forward in that beautiful deep blue sky.
There's a way through as well. This patience is willpower. Lots of willpower in that limitless blue sky, floating around everywhere. There's focus there is gratitude, acceptance and forgiveness. And they're all floating around in that beautiful big Blue Sky, and they coming closer and further down and further down. And now the flooding all around your situation and your time and actually hitting the time.
They're so close, so close. They're hitting and bouncing off the dome. Will they to wander wonderful things in the universe. They're just bouncing off the dome. You can see them. You can imagine them how you liking your mind guy, you can just imagine the words or you can imagine them, see them in your mind's eye is actually something it doesn't matter.
As long as you know that these things are hitting your time and they're just bouncing off, bouncing back up to the sky and coming back down and bouncing all around, you're down. So just kind of look at that for a little while. And now we're going to look at the time in everything's bouncing off that always works. Things are bouncing off the dime. What we're going to do with your mind's eye, we're going to pat that game down the needle. whenever it's made off.
We're going to pop that down, right down the middle. And very slowly and very gently, we're going to collapse that done down to the ground, very slowly and gently. Doesn't matter what it's made of. Wood on wire, stone doesn't matter. It's all slowly laying down flat on the ground. You've just collapsed that down, down onto the ground.
So now all the things that were flooding and floating around in the universe are coming into that area, because there's no down there anymore. So these things can flood into your situation. And you can choose what you want in your mind. You can choose what do you want? more time? clarity, harmony.
Do you want money? balance? Do you want the beginnings of something new? Lots and lots of love, peace of mind. They're all falling into your situation. There's a white hole within the white through the this patience, this focus where do you need that focus?
This gratitude, acceptance and forgiveness. They're all in that area of your situation now because the day collects. So they're all there. So all the work you've began over the week is all culminating there. So just look at that for a minute. Everything is there in your mind's eye.
And slowly open your eyes. Slowly open your eyes. Move your fingers, look around the room a bit now and just notice how you feel quite a strong visualization. It's a dynamic visualization. So just notice how you feel. I just stick with that feeling for a minute.
And you can always go back and replay that collapsing neck game in your mind. in any situation, can use that visualization on any situation you like and, and collapse back down and have that feeling when that dome is collapsing. And everything is flooding in to this to your struggle, your situation. Everything is flooding in that you need. So that's something to remember and bring up and fail. So remember that feeling.
So, you've done a lot of work over this week. A lot of work. There's a lot in this five days to empower yourself. It's things you can just focus on one of these things if you like, for a long while and then bring something else in. You have it all here to choose from and to work on. So It's all designed so you're empowered self can move forward.
You can be confident in situations and communications. You've learned how to decide how to move through situations by finding your own solutions. And it gives you clarity and dignity and empowerment. And you can gradually change your vibration. So your situations change for the better. That's in a daily practice of gratitude.
Practicing it throughout the day, bringing it in making it a reality in your life. So your life can prosper, change and prosper. So you need not worry about getting hooked into downward spirals. Because you've learned to manage your sabotaging thoughts and you've learned everything in a step by step way. So you can go back and do these things in place. maintains things in your life.
