Hello, you healthy heart people. So excited you're here, because we're talking about heart health. And we're going to talk about prevention of heart disease today, as well as what you can do, you know, in the midst of it, but what what I want to start out by saying is, if you are having any type of heart pain right now, right, let's say you're having constriction in your chest or you're having pain up in your jaw coming into your heart of breathing, right, you don't don't come to the cooking class to learn the herbal remedies. That's where modern medicine excels. You just pick up you go right to the hospital. They're wonderful at that acute conditions, right?
Boom, heart attacks happening. Get in there, open it up, clean out the arteries. What we're going to be doing today is is something a little bit different. We're not going to open you up, but we're gonna feed you good quality food that's going to get the circulation moving. It's going to get the heart pumping. Well.
This is more preventative. This is like what this is what preventative medicine really is. That's what we're going to be talking about using food as medicine and herbs as medicine, and of course, nourishing the heart today. For those of you that are meeting me for the first time, my name is Andrea Beeman. I'm a holistic health coach and a chef, a natural food chef and an educator. I love teaching people about health, it really fills up my heart, which is you can't get that in a super stew, although you could really put some love in your food, which is we'll talk about that as well.
I have a variety of books on natural healing, cooking, diet and lifestyle, and a variety of online health programs that reach people around the world. And for those of you that want more information about my books, or my classes or anything like that, you can go to Andrew Beeman calm but for right now, for the next hour. You're here with me, I have you trapped in my kitchen for the next hour and we're going to be talking about Heart help.
