Good morning. I hope you're doing well today. And happy joining you again. And let's just dive right in and let's just start with you really All right. So we're gonna actually, let's go ahead and for you, I actually want us to start on the grounds that bad I'm back. Okay, first reach out your arms really, really long, you're getting a really good shoulder stretch here.

You really feel the length in your lower back kind of pressure lower back into the floor. We tend to kind of arch a little bit because we're down here. So I want you to think about tilting your hips back and that way you are reaching more straight. Nice late this year is talking about boundaries. And oh, man. So healthy boundaries are the key to successful relationships and you probably have it reach up.

But they are the key to healthy relationships. When I know it's expected me, and you know, as expected in queue, and we understand the rules, the boundaries of the relationship, we get along better. A lot of times people worry if they put up boundaries that they will then lose certain freedoms or it will be over feel like it just feels weird, awkward, especially if you're trying to establish boundaries that are new with your family or friends or anything like that. And I understand that, but actually what you're doing is in the opposite, you create art creating space, for you to be able to really fully embrace those relationships and have the freedom to be you and to be comfortable because you know, that these boundaries are in place to improve relationships and improve our relationship. So now what I'm going to want to do is just push into the hills, we're going to write it up into a bridge a little more today all the way up to that bridge.

Really, really worked before here. And so when you decide that you have to live it one more time, really pressing through each vertebrae as we go. And the core muscles so as you're doing it, here's how she knows her boundaries. Things like not answering you know outside of work itself, what depending on gearbox and the way that person works, but really thinking he's really thinking about boundaries. And what is it? Essentially, here's the bit what you want to do for about the boundaries are is what's the thing that's causing you friction in your relationship.

So if it work, you feel stressed all the time because you're getting emails all the time, you know, or texts or calls or whatever it is and outside of work, if you are able to put those boundaries in place, and saying that you're not going to answer those things or at least having Do Not Disturb hours between those day, you know, what, whatever is reasonable to you, 7pm and 7am, you know, 12 hour, you know, stir window or whatever those things are, but essentially what you want to do is find the friction in the relationship that you already have Feeling a little bit closer to you. And then I'm going to pop it over my body here. The body has things that are causing you friction and establishing a boundary around them. So he you have a friend that always asks for money, borrow money from you.

And it's not a healthy thing. And I would venture to say that like they reveal the thing. But regardless, you you recognize that it's not healthy. And you know, it's commonly used in industry or it's enabling bad behavior, whatever, whatever it is, then the boundary that needs to take place is I am no longer offering the person money or agreeing to loan the money, which probably won't be met with a happy person. But it's the right thing for you, who's going to talk about a movie from your life, right? Even the worst example Whatever the sample is, you know, sometimes family members don't really do it and they want a part of your life and live.

If you're an adult, you're on your own there, you got to make your own decisions and so creating boundaries around what they're really allowed to have input in. That might be a really important boundary that you've established and you say, No, I, you know, I don't agree with this, I'm not gonna allow you to dictate my life or whatever it is. So that but really thinking through what those things are, and then creating those boundaries that helps keep you in a mentally healthy, stable or financially stable all those things. So again, finding friction in your relationship and then decides boundaries he in order to remove that friction, right. So First of all, let's talk about an application and then we'll move on to our daily challenge. So all right.

You better by even while your shoulders back, you can follow up. I am a person who loves I am a person who values boundaries. I know my mother My friends, family and work because I value my relationships I have boundaries in my life I so appreciate the people in my life and work relationships in my life that I am going to always put boundaries in place. i times i carry I value people and I value my relationships So your challenge for today is what I really want you to think about is, like I was talking about earlier, finding the negativity, what's causing you negativity or friction in your relationships, whether they're personal or work related or whatever. And then seeing what you can do to remove that friction by creating a boundary here. And once you do those things may take two or three doesn't have to be a lot but but take some time to think about those because it's a real concern.

It's a real thing. And take that time, think about it, think about how you can move it to the foundries in place and then the hard part. I know I can communicate that I don't need it to your co workers, your boss. Whatever needs to happen is your life you have to protect who you are and what you believe in. In order to be your best self, you have to have those kind of things in place. So really use about an opportunity to take what you know that you need to do already and run with it right because you want to live our best lives and be our best selves.

And we can't do that if we're constantly having friction situations situation. So go ahead and do that today. and explore and do some
