Hello, good morning and welcome back to 21 day, my detox challenge. Thank you again for joining me. I'm all you so delighted that you choose every single day to come back and start your day off in such a positive way. I think that what you're doing is incredible. I know it's hard. I know that some days are super challenging, but you're doing a great job.

And you are owning it. You're racking your life, you're detoxing from the things that hold you back. And at the same time, you are allowing your way to be free your heart to be at peace and your body to be powered up because you're moving already. And that's the way that you're starting today. And I am so proud of you for doing that. So thanks again for joining me.

All right, let's start with some deep Bro All right, take your left arm over here. All right, let's talk today about finding the good in every situation always looks good. I know this is challenging to do a lot and there are some circumstances that are truly true For a while, I'm not going to shame them. Please don't think that we've all been through really, really crazy things that are super negative things that is very, very, very hard to find the good, right. And so, I want to acknowledge, I want to acknowledge that those feelings are real, and acknowledge that those feelings that you have towards really challenging situations are valid. not valid.

And and, yeah, you probably should feel those things right. Of course it should. Right. pulling a little bit back. So, that aside, so one of the most wonderful, wonderful things that you can do with your life, is to always look for the good it's to look for the good in others. People sleep for the good of yourself is to look for the good in all the different situations you find yourself in, in the conversations and the interactions and the work all the things that you can look for the good that spark of hope that spark of life and your life will be unstoppable it will be so much better because you choose to move past just focusing on the negative stuff and instead you choose to focus on the good find the good and that's a that's a beautiful quality about people that I love.

The people we all love, you know, I Oh my word I had a when I was growing out I I'm a dancer and I was one man. His name is Joe. He's just an absolutely Pull incredible person. And he loved dancing he would partner with the students to give us some partner experience. Because as you you know, get older, in the dance world, you get opportunities to do a duet with a man and it was such an incredible opportunity, which is the most gracious person and I remember one day this was really stuck with me because he he, he was separating, it ended up dying from lung cancer. By with a super healthy personal trainer.

He one time said to me, he was asking me how my day was going and I said it was going well and then I complained about the weather. And he was like, You know what, I love this sweater like it previous lives, the greatest life of plants and flowers and grass. And it's a day to be alive. It's a wonderful day, and really put me in my place for one thing. But it was, it's been so I always think about that, you know, somebody who could have every reason to complain about everything going wrong. And instead, you know, it's a rainy day.

And instead of complaining about it, he says, to me, look at what it says, keep on the good. He was so good about finding the good in situations and in people. That was one of his most beautiful trades his wife, probably why everyone just adored him because he was, that was him that was just for and then we can get him down. And those types of people are just dynamic, they're energy givers, they are life givers and and that's what I want for you. That's what I want to move into. I don't want to be somebody who's looking energy and being you know what I take her and not me give her I don't want them saying that I want to look for the bad in every situation I don't look good.

And so that's just one example. I'm sorry, keep stretching. And so I really want to think about and to think about those things and to to really find ways of finding the good because you can always Can you always, always, always, always, always. And so I'm gonna come back here. I'm gonna cross my right ankle over my left knee and I'm gonna just lift the more that this top leg is turned out the word sexual feel in your right, hip and legs. So I would encourage you to try to have it turned out.

So, even in darkness, there is always a little bit of light. Okay? Even in tragedies, there are always the helpers. Even in the midst of chaos, there's always a spark. And there's always something good to find. And, you know, maybe it's not an exact circumstance, maybe it's the outcome.

Maybe it's in the people that surround you when things go bad, maybe it maybe it's a dark, rainy day, but you see a rainbow. I mean, those are the good things that you have an opportunity to see on a daily basis. And one of my favorite quotes is by Lucy Maud Montgomery, and she said that For lack of attention, forms of loveliness alluded every day. I think I paraphrase that a little bit. But remember the thousands forms of loveliness in it. So why did we choose to focus on the bad, then we're missing, there's opportunities to see loveliness, we're missing opportunities to be inspired.

We're missing opportunities to be positive. Right? And so I really want to challenge us, you and me to be conscious about looking for the good in people and in situations, especially when they're difficult, but in daily life to look at the wonders all around you, right? You can be inspired by so many things every single day if you just pay attention. And so I really encourage you to do that and see where it takes you see where your life goes right? You're gonna feel a lot better because you're actually enjoying your life and you're focusing on the positive.

Okay. So let's talk about some affirmations and then we will have our I always look for the good. I look for the positive in people and in situations I noticed the loveliness all around me. I attract good things into my life. I noticed the sparkle and the wonders in every day, conversations, people and situations. I choose to dwell on the good I am good.

Wonderful. All righty. So here we go. So our challenge is, at the end of today, I want you to write down five things that you saw. That was good in situations in people in a beautiful flower you feel on the street, whatever it is, I want you to find out what you to find the good in all the different situations you encounter. And then pick five, pick your top five, and write them down and express gratitude for them.

Wow, I call this today. Wow, I noticed that right? Just those moments of reflecting on the good and not the bad. Oh, man, they change your world. And so that's what I really Really, really want us to focus on. And Wanda knows this is kind of perfect.
