Good morning. Welcome back to 21 day mindset detox challenge. Thank you again for joining me this morning. I'm so glad that you are here and you've got a bed you're ready to greet the day is always an absolutely wonderful thing when you make good choices to detox your mind, power up your body and just own your life. So thank you again for joining me. Let's get started.
Firstly, start with their deep breath. Nice work, guys. Let's get started. So today we're just gonna start with a couple of next things. So we're gonna tilt our necks beside a raschi point to use. Gently, gently, gently stretch.
Gently pushing and then nothing nice Okay, we're gonna actually start today stretched out in front of me talking about a subject that's a little bit difficult. And you can do that a lot. You should be used to it to toxic right? All right, so today we're gonna talk about fear. And fear is one of those things that hold us back from being our best selves from living on a day to day basis with the best possible outcomes. it discourages us from trying to see from taking chances from having difficult conversations, you know what it's like it just really is a crippling emotion.
So we don't want to invalidated and say that, hey, always bad. Sometimes it's like preserving right? Or be that we should just dismiss it entirely because that's underneath. But what's challenging about fear, as we know, is that it holds us back from our best life, right? Because we're constantly worried that things that we do, the choices we make, that are around are going to cause negative consequences or we don't think we're ready or we just don't feel brave enough to try something new and so That's a big thing that we want to work through today. So as you're stretching, I just want you to think about some things that are Covey's theory now that you are worried about maybe it's your fear of trying something new.
Maybe fear of a relationship Something is happening with relationships. Again, we're talking about legitimate, legitimate pain. Just a little bit, lower back and I've seen a few drops as well. Maybe through what some of those fears is happening right now. Maybe on a daily basis a little bit deeper should you really need to go. So deciding what is actually important, so say you're afraid to actually good for you.
You tried something new with this detox challenge, right? So it's not as you can't get over your fears and actually try something new. But perhaps you just a little bit nervous to push it up. Nice long stretch here. really stretching through those calf muscles. So again, jump on opportunities so that I will be praying to you.
Not the absence of fear, but rather the judgment that something else is more important than fear. I love that quote. We're not saying that you've never experienced fear again. What we are saying is I am never going to allow you to critical me again, when I know the right thing to do. So I know And I have to have this discussion with my partner. I know that I have to start this new endeavor, I know that I have to quit doing something that's harmful to me.
Whatever those fears are that's holding us back. It's not invalidating them and saying, oh, does that make sense to not fearful anymore, but I choose to act in my best interest despite that fear. So, what I want us to really think about is how we can take our fears and ask anyway, right. So and let's just do an affirmation. Yeah. And then we'll do our challenge.
Affirmation I am a green I allow you My judgment to be open and courageous. I welcome new opportunities with open arms. Great challenges situation and come out when I let my courage define me. Good in myself and other people. I welcome new opportunities, new relationships and new good things to come into my life. Every single day.
I am courageous today and every day. So here's your challenge for today. In one fear. One thing you're afraid to do, maybe start a conversation with somebody, maybe something more dramatic like, ends a relationship that's toxic. Maybe it's embracing an opportunity that you're not ready for. Whatever it is just take one fear and then break it down for you in your mind.
What exactly about it is causing that fear? And then what I want you to do is to one step towards overcoming that fear And where are we going to be on the flip side? Right? So let's say you are in disagreement with your partner and you need a conversation you're afraid in our conversation, okay? even acknowledge that the fear is there. We are brushing it aside.
We're saying I have to ask regardless. So I'm choosing to act as despite my fear, and then I'm going to have that conversation. Okay? Maybe it's something entirely different. Maybe it's an opportunity that you don't feel that you're ready for. Okay?
You're never ready for opportunities is always how it works. You're always going to have some fear when it comes to starting something new. move past it anyway, started on that journey, whatever it is to one today towards overcoming that fear and choosing to act regardless. You all are doing a wonderful job and I'm so proud of you for sticking with it and doing the hard things that it takes to detox your mind and power up your body. I know it's not easy. I'm right here along the journey with you.
And I've watched it many, many times. I watch it on a daily basis. And so I just want to say I'm proud of you for sticking with it. I know that you're doing amazing things that are really helping to power up your life is so exciting. You're making good choices.
