Good morning and welcome. You really deep, long breaths, okay? Find a place with comfortable that can have a mat. You don't have to have a mat, whatever you need. Please just take a few seconds here just to get the breath flowing. Deep breaths in and out.
Anytime you need to start in your day or mid traffic or mid argument, whatever it is coming back for deep breathing is such a powerful way to reduce anxiety to reduce frustration to just reset our for a moment. So I would highly encourage you to come back to this anytime. All right, begin. Today we're going to be talking about family and friendships. These are relationships that are so privileged to have. And we just want to have a taste a moment.
Well, we're moving to have gratitude in our hearts, about who those people are in our lives that we can trust. who they are that we can go to bed problems and put celebrations the people You're gonna stick with us through thick and thin. Sometimes those are our family members, sometimes our friends outside of family, whoever it is represent more tribe, the people who have your back and love you dearly, those people, we're just going to spend some time today to really be aware of them, to be aware of needing to connect with them, and just to be grateful that they exist. How can we go through life without them. So, let's just start we're going to have our feet together. Doesn't have to be super close to your body.
Just tilt your head to one side Stretching down, chin to chest. Think about all of those family and friends in our life. It just makes things so much better. We're gonna let you think about one person who has your back no matter what design Good Britain forward I want you to be thinking about three things about this person that make you incredibly grateful. Maybe it's the way that they just know that you need a friend to step in. Maybe it's the way they make you laugh.
Maybe it's because they can be that person that you've turned to the toughest time. Know that they'll be there for you. Just take a moment while you're stretching and think about three things that was specially prepared before with those people. Now these three things we're going to stretch over to the right side as you're stretching out what you to think of another person in your life, family or friends, that is your go to person that has your back door. Think about the way that you bet. Think about the things Focus forward or good for going to church to be straight out in front of you can be relaxed over wherever you can hold the sign in piano that could be on your feet, on your shins, whatever feeling comfortable.
Just have a non stretch here. At this point you thought of two people that are very near and dear to you that have your back and that you've already thought of three things about each one of them that make you grateful for them. smile when you think of them. And so just take a moment, really meditate on those qualities. And think through people in your life that have those qualities that you can turn to when times get tough. We know that life is not perfect.
We know that things are going to get challenging, especially inside. So having those people in your life that can encourage you and challenge you people that you can rely on to say, Hey, did you do your daily detox challenge today? You know, people have That they're gonna make or break it for you. Because life is tough. So thinking about those people and deliberately taking some time to think them to not only think them but also commoditize them our lives of busy, we really want to think through ways where we can engage and connect with our friends, because they're our tribe because we need them. Okay, you're gonna take one foot up, you're going to twist, search for me.

As we stretch as we move, repeat these daily affirmations Here we go. I am good friends. I care about the people in my life. I connect regularly with the people in my life who are important to me. Daily, I express gratitude for these people in My life. I expect my friends and family as they are my friends and family except me as I am.
I am so grateful for the abundance of friends and family who love and care to me. I am rich in friendship and love. Good work today. You are an amazing person is completed another day and I couldn't be prouder of you. Congratulate Here is your brief little assignment for today daily challenge with those two people that you spent time thinking about today that you were super grateful for, take just a few minutes of your day to reach out to them directly. Whether that's to hand write a note, whether it's an email, give them a call, whatever reaching out to you means, go ahead and do that and express gratitude.
