This is the key. Things that make our environment expire:
Clutter
Loneliness
Negative thoughts
Negative friends
Too many responsibilities
Electronics
Processed foods
Chemicals
Mold
Odors and Smells
Noise
The real reason why we eat when we should not eat is that we do it mindlessly and we have it. So staying in the present requires practice. Do one thing at a time. Take at least 15 minutes every morning to plan your day. Then slowly increase it to an hour where you are organizing your thoughts.
