Now, we come to the last part of this presentation of this program. And we will be creating presentations using the codes and the data that we have utilized so far. Now for creating presentations we require to our packages, that is Nita. See the spelling and the case and also x tables. Our presentations are best made using our studio. Of course, you can make it by using raw code and running it on our environment also, but it is very cumbersome.

Now, the advantage of using art for making presentations is that you can include normal text and what it will also include outputs and figures from programs based on data. Now, if you have a regulation, report presentations to make like real project progress, or SLA metrics displayed to the team and to the management. Now these can be made using our where you can base it on the data where you With tracking using what whatever systems you're using, and then when this data is updated on a on a periodic basis, the presentation will automatically get updated. And you once you make make the template, you can see you can use it repeatedly every week without having to change the figures and the graphs, etc in the presentation. So this is a huge advantage. So you see the data when the underlying data is changed, the presentation automatically updates itself when you are using our for making presentations.

Okay, the first thing we do is to create a presentation. So for this, we go to our studio and a file, new new file. And from there, we select our presentation. So when we select this, we have to give it a file name. So we say our file name is first our presentation. I'm already in the directory where I want to create it, so I don't need to change the directory.

So he's in first our presentation and we save this Right. So when we save this are creates the default template that it has for presentations. So now we have this file we open it, we see the default template is there. Now using this default template, we can start making changes. You can see that there are four slides which is created, you can browse through the store slides by using this browser. So here you can see what by default what is created.

Okay, now we come first of all, we change the title of the first slide we say first, our presentation wicked little bit more beautiful. Then I give the author name as Parker Majumdar and I give it a date. It's 28th of may 2018. Okay, we change the first slide. You see the slide. I say its contents and I write out the contents.

What we're going To create, so, I remove the default stuff and I create the the contents of this particular site, we will create a slide with code. Then we will create a slide with graph. Then we will create a slide showing the trend of the Sensex. So, we will change the name as Sensex trend and then we'll create a slide to the scatterplot between gold and Sensex. So we'll say gold versus Sensex relationship. So when we make these changes, and we and we save it, now you can see that the slide is updated.

So you can see the slide is now updated. So, so far we saw how to create slides. Now you saw that each slide is separated by a slide title followed by dashes. Now, you can create any number of slides now you have to give the slide title and follow it up by a series of dashes. We saw three parameters in the initial slide, which is given by default, we can add other parameters also like we can say the translation should be rotate, and the translation speed should be slow. Next, we see how to include code in the presentations.

The code when it is included in the presentation should be embedded between a set of backward backward backward within curly brackets are and another set of backward backward backward now let's get back to our presentation and we will copy the code what we have already written. And we will paste it here. So I placed it here. No, no. No Now when I save this, you will see that change impacted on the slide. Now it's getting updated.

So there you see the slide has been updated. But we have a problem that the code is getting displayed in the slide itself. This is not what we intended for. So what we can do is we can add a blind Ico is equal to false. When we save this, now, you'll see that the code doesn't appear there. However, it is getting executed in the our presentation itself.

We can show the contents in a slide in two columns. To do this, you need to separate the columns by using Asterix, Asterix Asterix, we will see how this is done. So we copy the code into our our presentation and paste it. There we pasted it. Now we save it. When we save it, you see that the columns are not displayed displayed in this slide.

Now we will create a slide where With code so we see the summary of our data frame is a summary data frame and when we save it, you see, the summary will get displayed here. There it is displayed, the summary of our data frame is displayed here. We will create one more slide with code and we will create the histogram that we created earlier in this slide. So, we will say slide two with code and we will save this once once we save this. So we will see that the histogram is getting displayed and we see the histogram is displayed and also the code is displayed along with it. Now, let's make a graph where we make a slide where we only show the graph.

So we had created the Sensex trend, we will copy that and paste it here and we will save it. So when we save it, we should see that now let's shift over to the next slide and we shift over to the Excited Danish citizens extended short. However, this is occupying a very small portion of the graph space, let us see what we can do about it. So, what we can do is we can say out dot width is equal to 100% Let us see what happens our dot with equal to hundred percent. Now, we save it. Now, you'll see that the graph is shown in expanded manner.

So, you can adjust this number and make it fit into the proportion that you want to have it. Now, let us see a slide with both graph and text in it. So, I copy the code and paste it and i, you see there is some extra observations given here and then we have the slide on the graph and we have made it into two sections by including the Asterix Asterix Asterix. When we save it, there, we'll see what happens. So, we go over to the next one. So, there you see on the left hand side, we have the observations on the right hand side we have got the graph.

And we know we have put HTML code that is also appearing as it should appear. Now let's create one last slide in this slide, we will put the graph on the left hand side and the full text on the right hand side. See, we put a separator for the column here, and the text is on the right hand side. And now we save it there see how this graph looks like. So there you see the graph is on the left hand side and the text is on the right hand side. Now let's browse through our presentation.

So we go to the first slide and browse through you can see the contents that you've created. And that is the last slide. We can also do it in a browser. I will leave it to you to do this. Also, you can publish this
