Hi, that's Comerica here and in this quick video I just wanted to show you a really simple source that you could put with any kind of pasta. It's a really, really lovely source. And it's just consists of olive oil, tomatoes, and basil. Beautiful combinations. There are some toasted pine nuts, a little bit of garlic and, and then just a little bit different. I'm just some goats cheese and normally you put Parmesan cheese on pasta pasta, but I put a little bit of goat's cheese on this makes a world of difference tastes absolutely wonderful.

So just quickly go through the ingredients that we've got here. I've got here, about 250 grams of this is cooked pasta, cook spaghetti and it's cold. So what we'll do is we'll repeat this in the microwave. And as we're cooking the sauce, it's super, super quick sauce. All we need is the microwave in the moment. So we've got spaghetti there.

You can use any kind of pasta you want. You know use linguini you can use tortellini, you can use rigatoni, whatever you want. Because he has some decent cherry tomatoes I've got here we're going to use about 100 hundred and 50 grams. This is just one portion. So if you're going to make portion for two portions before just up the quantities and these aren't set quantities or exact quantities, the recipe is more of a guide so you know a bit more tomato a bit less tomato, it's up to you. I've got here some fresh basil here.

I'm going to put some fresh basil leaves in this probably about four or five. Maybe bit more depending on how I feel and four or five of the scripts of basil in here. And that we can get fresh by so what I always keep in the pantry is basil pesto, a little jar of basil pesto. What basil pesto is is wisdom basil with some pine nuts and garlic, olive oil. tastes really really lovely. Really useful to keep in the pantry.

When you do open it though. Put it in the fridge. And it's great. Just this toss through some hot pasta really, really delicious. can have some garlic as well some fresh garlic. Also you can use again something else like keeping in the in my fridge is the garlic in a tube.

So if you just don't want to be cutting up garlic, you know get garlic on your fingers. Just get the, the pureed garlic and tubers really, really cool come in they are, again the vegetable section of the supermarket and God's cheese. A little bit of goat's cheese I got from the supermarket as well. If you don't use goat's cheese, you can use feta cheese, that works really well as well. You can maybe use some ricotta if you wanted to, and that will apply that over. Yet goat's cheese feta cheese would substitute nicely if not this parmesan trick up Hamza, and to garnish I've got some toasted pine notes in here.

So just normal pine nuts, which I put into a novel stick pan and then gently toasted over immediately. So we've got that in there. And olive oil, got some olive oil here, and salt and pepper. So first thing we're going to do, if you come in a bit closer, I'll show you exactly how we're going to make the sauce. pans nice and hot. So the first thing we put in is about a quarter of a cup of olive oil.

That's for the quarter cup, but in there we're going to put in some fresh garlic. As I said, if you don't want to use fresh garlic, you could just use some of the garlic we get in the tube from the supermarket for that in there as well. Tomatoes go in. I'm gonna put it about 100 150 grams of cherry tomatoes. spread these around until until you tomorrow start to collapse a little bit. This smells really, really lovely.

I'm going to take this class banana spaghetti and I'm going to reheat it in the microwave. Mother's cooking lovely. Okay, now we'll take some of our basil leaves that we've got here. Smell fantastic. I'm just gonna gently cook things as well. Fantastic cooking gears starting on nice and soft face.

You see our passes tighter to wilt. It's gonna flavor our oil. Lovely. He's asked for getting reheated in the microwave for about a minute popping in the ball and then it's very gently just toss your spaghetti with your your parcel and your tomatoes. really lovely. I could do now a little bit the goats cheese a lot just put some bits again goat's cheese in here.

Stay spaghetti through. Goats cheese should melt a little bit. Love like wow okay turn up our Hey Just come over here. We'll just play our spaghetti. Here's a spaghetti few toasted pine nuts on there, give it a bit of crunch and there we have spaghetti with goat's cheese, tomatoes, basil, garlic and toasted pine nuts. What's left to do now is try it.

This is actually my lunch tonight. So let's have a beginner's Smells beautiful. Those tomatoes in our goat cheese squeezed by pass will be a bit messy. Ready Ready to look like a little bit more salt tonight. Absolutely delicious. Really, really simple source really, really quick.
