Hello and welcome to vibrant health a four week program. I'd like to start off by introducing myself. I'm Jessica green. I'm an integrative nutrition health coach. And I'm also a former sustainable building expert. And I got to where I am today through really a personal health journey.
And it started with sudden onset of autoimmune diseases. That's right plural autoimmune diseases. And I remember clearly what happened that first day. I was walking up the hill to my local Co Op grocery store, and I noticed a lump in my throat and I've gone to the doctor and was told that I have a goiter, and Hashimoto 's. And I asked the doctor, is there anything that I could do to reverse this any diet and lifestyle changes that I could do to reverse this? And the answer I got was so deflating.
He just said, No, there isn't nothing that I know of. And that really was upsetting. And I didn't give up though I told just about anyone I could about what had happened and asked for recommendations. And this sort of led to just a big research effort on my part, to see if there were others that had reverse their Hashimoto 's, and their goiter through diet and lifestyle changes and this helps Journey just took me into a new direction. And I experimented with tons of different diets. And I made plenty of lifestyle changes.
And finally, I made some environmental changes, as well as some mindset shifts. That really helped me feel so much better. I'm happy to report that my autoimmune diseases, the symptoms are steadily going away. And that's just such a wonderful feeling. And so I'm so excited to share with you my vibrant health online program. I designed this program to be taken one week at a time each module corresponds with one week.
Now of course you could always do this much faster. If you'd like. If You're feeling motivated to do this much more faster or you could take it slower. The pace is completely up to you. Module One is all about sleeping better. Module Two is how to nourish your body.
Module Three is about home. And module four is about nourishing your mind. This program is a lifestyle and environmental changes program. It's easy to follow. It's simple to implement. And some of the changes that are recommended are just one time changes and others are daily changes or habits.
