We are going to identify 17 of the most common Confidence Killers and their antidotes. Out of 17, 16 are within your control. Only one of them, your conditioning, is outside your immediate control. But even for this, there are strategies to reduce its impact.
It's important to realize that most Confidence Killers are disempowering mental habits. And like all habits, they can be changed but that requires effort, commitment, and patience. With time, you will tame your Confidence Killers and be able to show up as your authentic, confident self.
