Sometimes in life, we have lost our focus and we are trembling around. If we want to live a fulfilled life we need to have a vision and the focus on it. Nature, particularly the forest is a good helper in finding the focus again. Looking at natural items, such as plants, water, animals or other aspects of nature allows the cognitive portion of our brain to have a break. That leads to more focus and also renews our ability to be patient.
