Hi, my name is Silvia Caldwell and I will be your instructor for this course, and internal perspective into postpartum depression. I am a mother of three kids with my firstborn, I experienced postpartum depression, and the most severe form. It was horrible, not fun, and straight up tormenting. If you would have told me back then, I would be teaching a course on postpartum depression and be completely healed. I would have gotten mad at you and said, You just don't understand and you'll never understand what I'm going through. But here I am healed and thriving, and I want you all to receive tools to direct your journey and a similar path.
I am a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Bachelors of Science I have been Lake counseling certified. I have completed courses on life coaching. I have been educated in traumas through Celebrate Recovery, and I am a former graduate of their sister program step studies. But most importantly, I have over eight years hands on experience in this season of postpartum depression. So this course is unique, it will cover an internal perspective into postpartum depression. These are things you don't hear at your typical doctor's visit.
And it's not the typical way of approaching postpartum depression. It's never medical advice, but an extra gift along your journey. I am also going to uncover the hidden secrets in ways postpartum depression camouflages itself. You may be surprised at what your doctor did not tell you face to the mind, body and soul component. In this phase you will learn about the connections of the mind, body and soul and how they affect postpartum depression and anxiety.

In this phase, I'm going to teach you how I searched within my soul, what I found and how I began to help the postpartum depression I was experiencing. phase four soul cleansing.
