Cupping for the forearms. In this video I'm going to be demonstrating how to do cupping to treat tennis elbow golfer's elbow and carpal tunnel. Again by lubricating the client's forearm and explained to them they will be having them flex and extend the wrist hits a Cubs pop off we'll be sure to catch them. Use the medium sized cup in smaller size cups and suction the entire flexor group keeping the clients hand supinated palm up. I found that depending on the size and length of the client's forum, one of the to medium sized cups and one to two smaller size cups does the trick. All and I'll be using around three to four cups.

So once the clients arm is cupped, have them actively flex and extend their wrist six to eight times. Then release the cups and reapply them one more time, making sure to protect the cups from popping up. Now for the third time, use the two medium sized cups and place them on the belly of the flexors. If a third smaller sized cup fits over the right neck limb of the wrist, and leave one there to have the client actively flex and extend seven more times, and then release. The next step is to take the smallest size cup and release it Over the wrist, working down toward their palm. Have the client actively flex and extend a few more times and then passively flex the wrist for a few seconds.

You can leave a cup suction to their palm, or more specifically to the flexor reticulum for as long as the cups will stay. Then do a few flushing massage strokes, sliding down the flexors towards the crease of their elbow. Next, you're going to come across the muscle bellies of the forum flexors. moving back and forth, making sure to stabilize the wrist with your non cupping hand. Move to a smaller size cup as you approach the rest. Then do active cupping on the forearm flexors by placing two medium sized cups and one smaller size cup Have the client actively flex and extend the wrist approximately seven times.

Remove the cups. Do flushing massage strokes toward the elbow priests. Pumping movements up the biceps, doing a little bit of battery draining in for the armpits. Now on to the forum extensors, do the same sexual release method as you did for the forum flexes place a row of three cups on the expenses. hassling the client to actively flex and extend the risk, possibly seven times. Repeat one to two more times.

Lastly, place a cup over the lateral epicondyle of elbow, elevating and flexing the arm create slack to shorten the muscle so that the couple stays suction for longer. Leave the cup on for 30 seconds or so. If you wish you can add additional cops on the extensors. Lisa cups and you're done.
