Pre and post procedural instructions. In the days leading up to your friend activity, you want to make sure that you're performing the exercises daily. Ideally, I would like it if you would run through all seven at least one time each daily. But for the best results, please perform for the indicated repetitions on each exercise two to three times daily. It's essential that you practice holding your tongue pop slash cave for at least 60 to 90 seconds, two to three times daily. Get a full understanding as well from your provider of their recommendations pre and post procedure.
If you can incorporate their recommendations along with my for your post procedure, you want to make sure that on the day of the frenectomy and the next two full days following you're performing all exercises, but you're going to start with three each hour, every single hour, with the exception of sleeping. When you're awake, you're performing exercises for the full three days. Now remember, that's the day of the procedure, and the two days following. So three days every hour on the hour, you're going to perform each exercise with maximum opening and or extension. Do not diminish your healing by only doing what feels comfortable. You're going to try to suck on ice chips prior to exercising to assist in numbing your tongue.
Or you're going to also take an over the counter painkiller every four to six hours as needed. And as per the product directions. Make sure you follow up with a friend activity provider as per their instructions. Now as far as As I am concerned, after the three days of exercising every hour on the hour, you should have an appointment to see your provider so that they can evaluate and make sure that you're healing correctly. If they do not require a post frenectomy check, then that is fine. You are free to carry on.
What you're going to do is you're going to follow your pre procedure for the remaining two weeks. For two weeks after your release, you're going to perform your exercises two to three times a day. Ideally, you'll run through all seven at least once or I would prefer that you run through each one at the prescribed repetitions. Please, please, please keep me updated with your story.
