Our bodies are intricate machines. With our five senses. were primed to explore and experience both our inner and our outer worlds. One of these powerful senses is the sense of touch. Today I challenge you to be mindful of the many ways you soothe yourself through your sense of touch. For example, when you're in bed, notice the softness of the sheets against your skin or the gentle support of the pillows.
When you take your morning shower, focus on the warmth of the pulsating water or the sensation of a massage as you wash your hair. If you have the pant, notice the softness or the coarseness of its hair if you pick your precious animal companion in May your day be full of other opportunities to appreciate how your sense of touch both says and nourishes you.
