You've ever had a goal that gave up on it? You have a goal. You've wanted to take action for a long time. It could be a career goal, a relationship goal. Whatever your sight, you're ready to roll. And here's where you make your first mistake.
You open your mouth. You can't wait to share your plans with your friends, family and colleagues. Do they share your enthusiasm? Are they encouraging great or do they rain on your parade? They probably have good intentions. Because many people try to protect you from failure.
I telling you ever every possible thing that could go wrong. The problem is, Debbie downers can stop you in your tracks. Now you suddenly re experience every failure you've ever suffered at F in geometry, that misspelled word in your third grade spelling bee, that horrible tryout for the cheerleading squad. That friend who let you down. This is Mistake number two, you buy into their negative messages of doom. So go back to square one your original dream and dream big.
But share your dream. Only after it becomes a reality. That's more fun anyway. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Jesus Christ. Philippians chapter four verse six and seven
