So when I'm saying get outside and get active, I literally mean that no matter where in the world you are find activities that you can get outside. One of the things I'm doing right now, I am dog sitting. And here's my dog. It's one of the things that I seek that you can find on internet. And then you just go housesitting, dog. Shitting.

There's lots of things you can do. But you get out and while I'm walking my dog, I can maybe cross some other people with dogs, and I can start a conversation. It's all about meeting people getting out there getting active. It's not so difficult. You just have to be creative sometimes.
