Welcome to meditation 10 day 10 congratulations for making it this far and trying the previous nine different anchors nine types of meditation. Find a comfortable seated position. hips are higher than the knees, the shoulders over the hips. The chin is level. The eyes closed, we gently we relaxed far ahead allow gravity to gently tug the flash off the cheekbones. I started this video by citing Marshall McLuhan's phrase.

I don't know who discovered water. I doubt it was a fish. And I hope that through these last nine meditations, you were able to gain some insight into your way of being in the world, how your mind was built and what it was designed to do, and how your operating system is functioning. So the good news is that it is impossible to meditate incorrectly or Ra. Just showing up and sitting for a few minutes a day will cultivate equanimity and peace of mind to for this last meditation please choose whichever anchor resonated with you most for the last nine days. Whether it's just pretending to meditate, creating a friend And sitting there or gently guiding your attention to those long, deep inhalations and long fluid exhalations or observing your thoughts as if they're passing clouds or leaves floating down a stream.

We're parsing that subtle distinction between discernment and judgments or labeling your thoughts, whether they're regarding the past, present or future. And whether they have a negative neutral or positive charge or doing your own body scan. Maybe it was the mantra or sound meditation that was able to hold your attention. The easiest Or maybe you felt best inhale and love, exhaling resentment or inhaling acceptance and exhaling resistance. Again, it's impossible to do this wrong. So please just spend the next few minutes using whichever anchor resonated with you most.

Just sink into that calm space. And will gently guide our attention back into the room.
