It's time for painter tool in Lightroom. To use the painter tool, we need to switch back to the grid view. So if you're in the live view, just given a grid view icon at the bottom of Lightroom interface, or press g on a keyboard, g for grid, it's actually the grid view. Now in grid view, so the painter tool here at the bottom, and the idea behind the painter tool is to apply some settings quick really quickly. For example, you get a drop down menu here next to paint. Now you won't see it.

So let me just move the screen up a bit. Moving data like that, and you get this drop down menu here we can paint different effects. So for example, you can paint keywords. It's any type of keyword. So let's say I'm going to tie UK and then coma Britain. 20% on a keyboard.

And now I can click on the image to apply to keyword assign keywords UK Britain, and maybe this one and that one as well and these two as well. To make things even faster and easier, you can click and drag to apply the keywords. How cool is that. So now all of these images have the same keyword applied. I'll click down here, you can apply also things with the painter. For example, something I use from time to time.

When using the painter tool, let me just click on the painter on first, his rating. Okay, oh rotation. So if you cannot rotate images, you can apply rotation. You can choose rotation which way you want to go. And as you probably realize, you just click and drag to rotate them. notate them again and again and again.

Very useful feature. If your camera doesn't rotate images, like the camera of my friend, I got some images from a friend recently, when we went together on a trip, and the image did portrait images will not rotate it, because it's an in camera into into sight. So the camera is the images. So I was using the rotation here with the printer to to rotate the images. I'm gonna show it to you later on and click Done. So have a look on the painted over here.

What's possible, what would you like to use in here? So do you want to use the keywords or maybe at flags, we'll be talking about flagging. When we get to collections, we've got a separate section on collections. You can apply star rating, we'll get to it with collections as well. You can apply some metadata. So you can apply your preset like the plate we've created.

You could apply it as well, or you can apply some settings. You remember these settings from the input dialog box, we can import the image and apply some presets to them as well.
