It's time for quick develop. It's not something we use a lot, but some of them may come in handy. Or you may like it really depends where you develop is the panel here inside of library module, we can make some quick adjustments to the images. So instead of going to develop module, you can do some quick developments here in the library module. Oh, I'll show an example. Pick an image you want to work with.

So I'm going to work on this image here, most of them double click on it to make it into take it into view so it's bigger. Okay. I'm going to collapse the panel, the bottom on the screen just so everything's better so you can see more, okay. You can see from the histogram, that image is very dark. There's nothing or hardly anything on the right hand side there are no highlights. There are no white pixels at all.

Majority of the pixels are here on the dark side on the left hand side. This is where the image is very that the image is very underexposed. I found that suppose the image on purpose Okay, so in the quick develop, we can adjust the white balance. Because it's a raw file, you get all the options in here. So let's Well, I'm going to leave it for now just going to make the image lighter first so you can see it better. Okay, and you can expand this option here as well, there's the temperature and tint.

So let's do tone control. Let's try Auto Tone. First, let's see what Lightroom can do. Okay, better, better, but I think it's a bit too contrasting here. So I'm going to undo and auto. Let's increase the exposure.

So you can use this button hitting exposure by one third of a stop, or this one hitting. So exposure by one stop, I think one stop would be good here. So click ones, maybe again. Okay, two stops better. Now let's add some more contrast. Maybe a bit more.

Now, we don't have a lot of control in here. But it's something that might be interesting to you. So just have a look on it. Let's add more blocks in here. Me, I'm making the darkest pixels. darker.

Okay. And let's add a bit more vibrance. A bit more I'm looking at the flowers especially Oh leave some sorry leaves in here in here, especially for the vibrance Lightroom is now generating 100% preview for me because I use standard so it's a bit more vibrance to the image. Okay, let's zoom out. That's more vibrant, too much guess and look at the histogram how it's changed how the image is now spanning across the entire histogram, which is good. There's still quite a lot of dark pixels, which is okay because we have a lot of shadows in here.

We can make the shadows lighter, even more, and you'll see how the shadows are moving down a little bit more. I'm just making them lighter. Not a lot of control, but we managed to make the image look better. It does look better, doesn't it? Now let's have a look at the temperature now. So let's look at the white balance.

Let's try auto. Oh, no, no. Let's try their light. Well, this was actually a cloudy day. So let's try cloudy or possibly shade. No, no, not really.

Let's try a shot again. That's but a bit too much too much magenta so moody teens. Now with the tint. It's magenta or green. So it seems more green, not magenta, just a bit more green. Just a little bit more.

We'll increase the temperature a little bit. Maybe quite a lot. That's a bit too much. So you can see how you can make adjustments. I don't get a lot of control quick develop, but it's something to consider. Okay.

I personally Fully don't use quick develop, because I just develop module for that. Okay? But just something so you know, because we're exploring what's possible here in Lightroom. So just something for you to know. So you know more about Lightroom. Okay, this was the quick develop here in the library module.
